Great store to find trendy outfits. I loved the variety of the trends they're offering. But mostly I loved the records they are selling. A must visit place if you do not want to wear the mainstream clothes.

Nice shop with pretty decent offers. Tills were located at the lower level. More items at the lower level, surprisingly spacious as well. Although they were advertising up to 50% discounts, we have purchased items way over than this. They must be clearing stocks. Cool and funky fashion!

A very unpleasant situation happened to my cousin at the Urban Outfitters store in Marble Arch. She was falsely accused of stealing a phone, despite having nothing to do with it. Due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff, she wasted 3 hours of her trip waiting for the police, only to prove her innocence in the end. Such treatment of customers is unacceptable and disgraceful. I strongly do not recommend this place – the lack of respect and responsibility is something no one should ever experience.

This is a large store on two levels on Oxford Street. The main floor has women's fashion. And, cards, daytimers and other useful articles and gadgets near the cashier desk. Men's clothing and some more wemen's are on the basement. The store is focussed on the younger men and women. It is a nice store. The displays are not crowded.

the worst shop I've ever been to.. a queue to the door, only 2 cash registers open, one of which was a huge problem and it took 10 minutes to serve 1 customer and no one even wanted to go to the next cash register. Horrible, filthy, little space...

Phone thieves!! Shop here if you want your phone stolen. Apparently these thefts happen ‘every day’ at their store. Managers weren’t really helpful or empathetic when my phone and 2 other people’s phones got stolen within the span of an hour (shows how bad things are here). They also seemed uninterested in increasing security at the premises despite the daily thefts and were quite dismissive overall. Be safe and avoid!
