Loved the vibe of this shop! Had a wander through on our last day in the UK and it’s a shame our bags were already overweight as we could’ve bought so many things! But everything was laid out nicely, easy accessible, and visually just lovely to look at. Staff were chatty and kind but left us to browse. Truly a top notch store!

Nightmare customer services. I came on 4th Feb to buy some Baggy Jeans. I took 4 jeans to fitting room. After changing I gave it to the girl standing there. She told me to put all trousers back on the hanger before hand over to her (?) which i never heard from any clothing brand around the world. I still bought 3 at the end but Please consider to come to this brand if you don’t want to be a victim of racist

Just returned from Stratford for my sons birthday!Visited Urban outfitters, his favourite shop!I don't often write reviews but was so impressed with how helpful and lovely Nicole was!She went above and beyond to help us find what we wanted. I had such a bad experience here. I bought a cap here a month ago and happy with it. So I went there today to buy a similar one but different colour. I paid and then went out but a girl told me to go back and asked for the receipt. I think it was okay then I showed her. HOWEVER, she was suspicious about the cap that I was wearing and thinking that may be I stealing it. I bought that cap there a month ago and I have a habit that I only taking out the paper tag and the plastic one I left there and she was like why the plastic ring still there and there is no tag I mean the cap is white and it already got dirty but she was still suspicious about me. I was told to stay there around 10-15 minutes and then she went back and apologised. She said sorry but I feel so offended.
