Looking at the most recent review it looks like there is a trend of this company not dispatching orders. I placed an order on TikTok on April 7th and my order hasn’t been dispatched yet, and there is no correspondence from the team on TikTok or through email (for some context I used a non-google account but it is under the same name). But it seems they were really quick to respond to the previous review that was left. I always want to give companies a chance but I’ve been ignored for almost a week now yet they managed to reply to a review on the same day as it is done publicly. My order number is 576662248410615282 if that helps the team locate this. Thanks. I spoke to TikTok’s customer service who issues me a £9.80 voucher but I’ve still heard nothing from the Hypezeus team and I’m really disappointed here.
