Wow.....what service! I popped in to enquire about a particular pair of trainers which sadly they didn't have....they knew my sister but not myself and 2 days later.....Happy customer! They tracked me down with the trainers I wanted to buy via my sister that is customer service for you. Thank you so much Will and Jo's #shoplocal

Visited yesterday afternoon at about 3.30pm with the intention of buying two pairs of new boots. Walked in to a couple being shouted at by both shop assistants purely for asking for a refund. Neither shop assistant paused from their full on verbal assault to acknowledge myself and my sister. One assistant rudely looked me up and down then looked down her nose at me and ignored both of us. In all my days I have not heard two such rude people. The customer a man and women were quietly asking for a solution to their issue, which was ' you can't have a refund if the owner isn't there, it shop policy' we couldn't see that policy published any where, and it obviously hasn't been communicated to the couple, but as both shop assistants got louder and louder, we didn't stay longer enough to double check. I would avoid the place if you don't want to be ignored, or shouted at by the shop assistants just not worth it. I lasted all of 10 minutes in there, did see some boots I wanted but walked out, there are plenty of much nicer shops to go to. That's two regular customers that won't be ever be back. Disgraceful behavior from both shop assistants.

what a gem - there are so few independent shoe stockists around it's a treat to visit and see the vast stock of beautiful ladies shoes. The staff are charming and go out of their way to be helpful, definitely worth travelling there.

I love this shop. The service is exceptional. I am not into shopping so I love the fact the ladies always make brilliant suggestions and show great patience so I walk away with what I need. Fabulous

After buying 2 pairs of shoes 3 pm Friday, I was concerned when I got home that one pair was too high for me as I have a knee replacement…. so returned them at 10:am Saturday. Very disappointed in owners attitude when I asked for a refund. I have spent over £700 within a few months at this shop. Refund was given but attitude unacceptable and won’t be returning sadly.

Fabulous shoes, why go anywhere else. Love my shoes I bought today and will be in on Tuesday to pick my sandals up. Lovely friendly service and shoes to suit everybody.
