Visited urban outfitters for the first time to purchase some jeans for my husband. I was served by a lovely young gentleman called Gabe, he was so friendly, so approachable and so knowledgeable about the menswear as I was clueless. Will definitely be visiting again, simply down to the customer service I received! Huge thanks Gabe.

Rang Newcastle looking for a garment, the lady was BRILLIANT she spent time trying to find my purchase sooo patient With me. Unfortunately, the store didn’t have the garment I was looking for that was not for the want of trying by a very kind lady. Definitely 5 out of 5

never had a nice experience in here by staff, love the items but the workers are always in a huff and seem to judge customers. Always feel like i’m being a nuisance to them when i just want serving. you guys need to hire nicer and more interested staff

Staff are so unhappy all the time when serving customers. They even speak rudely and look angry to be doing their job. If I was younger I would feel scared of them. The only time I've seen them smile is when they're talking to eachother and ignoring customers. They leave the tills unattended and somehow can't even be there to help 1 customer. The staff are really rude and should be trained better. Please sort this out as it's ridiculous. Not sure if it's in their job description that they have to be rude and angry at customers.

I visit this shop regularly as it’s my closest Urban Outfitters, but I highly recommend you don’t. Every single time the staff don’t even look at you while they’re serving you, they just chat amongst eachother and give customers dirty looks. They’re blunt and just give terrible customer service every time.

Since everyone mentioned there’s are terrible counter service , I would love to point out that one blonde girl who have terrible customer service in the whole shop. Every other staffs were nice except her. UO fix the issue.
