When have I ever felt unhappy in this shop? Never. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, good to chat with them about skating, I've been multiple times now, for wax, grip gum, bearings of which were only a £9 upgrade btw, made riding on tarmac a charm. Wide range of shoes available, shirts etc. If anything I'd work here. They don't just sell skate accessories, they fuel the freedom and hobby of skating in the North.

Amazing staff and perfect service. I made a booboo and ordered the wrong sized wrist guards. David very quickly sorted out the right size (even though they were out of stock) and exchanged them for me. From me feeling very sheepish to feeling extremely well taken care of. I'll definitely shop here again, and will tell everyone else to too. I'd give them 10 stars if I could 😁

I spent approx £1500 there already, and I can honestly say, every penny left there was money well spend. They have good variety of products, best quality of the equipment and sometimes you can pick a good bargain om their sale offer. Thsre were instances when they messed up my order - like they send wrong riser pads for my board or no griptape, but after I sent the email the mistake was corrected immediately and the stuff I ordered was send free of charge! Customer service quality to be taken as an example! I can honestly say - best online skate store in the UK!

Amazingly helpful experience shopping here, felt like a no judgement zone for a newcomer like me. Was nice being able to ask whatever questions I had and be guided through the process without feeling silly for my first board. Decided it was time to buy my first proper skateboard but didn't have a clue about any parts or what I needed and Jackie walked me through every step and even set the board up for me too. I wasn't sure what size board so he let me try out some of the sizes see which one I felt most comfortable with, giving advice on the pros and cons for different sizes. Talked me through the different options for different prize ranges for each part without pressuring me towards the expensive options unless there was an overwhelming reason to consider them. It felt like genuine advice every step of the way and not just hurrying me out of the shop with the most expensive parts without me knowing any better. Cheers for the top service and great board!

Great shop, helped us out with our 6 year old little lady's first complete board. Really helpful staff and a good selection of attire, boards and parts! We will be back even though its a 120 mile around trip.
