Went to the store and was stalked around by light skinned guy in a grey tracksuit. It was harassment and my partner left feeling very uncomfortable. He was at the entrance when we came in and then proceeded to follow us around. The whole shop floor. I thought it was a bit off but I did not look too much into it after leaving my partner was visibly not happy. It isn’t acceptable behaviour. It wasn’t customer service, I’ve worked in retail myself. I hope this isn’t the expected behaviours that management supports and appropriate action is taken. Store visit 01/04/2025 around 12-2. Harassment is a serious issue and I hope Size and The Carnabry Street community take the appropriate actions.

Horrible experience. I find myself with a pair of shoes that is a smaller size due to the incompetence of the staff. After only 7 days the New Balace 550 broke. They replaced them for me by stating that it was ‘the same model, the same size, the same colour’. In good faith I don't try them and I'm leaving. Only later do I realise that they were a smaller size. I went back to the office but the manager refused to change them stating that the code was the same and consequently also the number. I tried to explain to him that the mistake was made by his staff but nothing. Total incompetence!

Very cool store! Two floors of shoes and clothes. Located in the heart of London in Carnaby street. Very large selection of shoes. Many brands of shoes, like: Adidas, Nike, Puma, Converse, Reebok, New balance The shoes very special and unique. The service was nice and kind but quite slow. I recommend to arrive there around opening time because it’s a very busy place.
