This review is based on the interior of the shop and range of products, personally I haven’t bought anything from here online or in I store but love the interior decor. There is a great selection of products, some out of my process range but it’s an excellently curated shop. You’ll find books, cool clothing from a range of brands and artwork 🖼️ It’s a cute shop to peruse and if you’ve got the cash to splash to buy some gifts for yourself or friends.

Goodhood is a fantastic store in the neighbourhood, offering a great selection of cool and fashionable clothing and homeware. I recently bought a water bottle, but unfortunately, the packaging glue left a residue that couldn’t be removed. Without a receipt, I went back to the store, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The manager kindly offered me a replacement or store credit, which I really appreciated. While I can't speak to their online ordering system (seems to be the main complaint here), my in-store experience was excellent. Would recommend shopping in person!

Currently sorting out a claim via PayPal as they never sent me the exchange I ordered. As many other reviews have said, they don’t reply to emails, and so far haven’t responded to my PayPal claim either. It’s kind of astounding that they would choose to operate an online store while completely ignoring their email and refusing to sort out any issues with their customers. 🤷‍♀️

Ordered online and never received my item. Sad because I always saw this as a really good brand to shop from but disappointed. Sent 4 emails to customer service not one reply. Had to submit a chargeback dispute via my bank. Wish I saw the reviews before purchasing. - Store is lovely though.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP if you want to actually get what you pay for. As other reviews have said, I have been waiting for an item for over a month, have emailed multiple times and messaged in insta, where they did msg me back once but have done nothing to help. I have now requested a chargeback through my bank. I also sent back one of the items and haven't had the refund. So looks like another chargeback pending. Ridiculously bad service not sure how they can get away with it, but I will be finding all channels I can to get my money back and flag their bad practices cause it's an actual joke.

Terrible customer service. Ordered and paid for an online purchase 1 month ago and still have not received my order despite contacting customer service 4 times for an update and eventually asking for a cancellation. No one has gotten back to me, no order has been sent, and no money has been refunded. Awful, actual robbery. Will never support this company again if this is how they treat their customers.
