my favourite store in the entirety of london and my number one spot for sanrio, rilakkuma, stationery etc. artbox is a trustworthy company - i know as i keep up with japanese releases and often find them in store / online a few months later. the staff are always so kind and lovely. i’ve never questioned the authenticity of kawaii items, which is unfortunately a big issue in the japanese trinket collecting world. i enjoy the organisation of the store - i.e. by character or colour. i love when lesser known characters are put on display (wish me mell next!) i believe the prices are mostly fair. definitely the happiest place for me to be!

Went in with a friend and whilst I’m not the target audience, I thought it was a very lovely shop. The staff were amazing and very friendly and the prices seemed reasonable.

As promised here is a 5 star review. One of the staff helped me choose a blind box for my girlfriend so I didn't have to take the blame if she got My Sweet Piano. They wanted to know what she got: she ended up getting My Sweet Melody. May have to try again for her favourite Pompompurin. This is the second time I've gone there to pick something up to surprise my girlfriend not fully knowing what I'm getting and both times staff were more than helpful. Big thank you.

This store is amazing. I am fan of Hello Kitty, Totoro and other Japanese characters. If you are a fan as well, this place is a must. Really nice organised by themes. The have a good variety of stuff. It gets crowded really quickly as the place is not big. You must need to to wait outside but it is worth to wait.

100% worth going. The line at the front of the store took about 20-25 minutes, met some lovely people, there’s a large selection of Sanrio, bt21 and Pusheen, cute snacks and lovely workers, the products had fair/ good pricing considering they are all licensed and imported from japan!! The workers were kind and had beautiful outfits

Absolutely adorable place to shop for cute stuff within the genre! As a big fan of Kuromi, I was super excited to go there. From personal experience, the best days to go are within working days. The queue outside can be long and slow on the weekend, especially during holidays. It is 100% worth the wait, though, for how themed it is and how cute the place is laid out!
