Went to this shop earlier today for a big shopping trip with friends. We spent an hour or so trying on clothes. We ended up going to the cashier with around 10 items, where after scanning all the items the cashier explains the store as a whole has run out of carrier bags. We explained how on earth would we take everything and they shrugged their shoulders saying they haven't had any since Christmas. Christmas was 3 weeks ago!? No idea how a clothing shop would function without them. The last option was the cashier saying we could buy a tote bag - which was an additional £27. We said no. Then she said she could give us a 10% off, only if we signed up to the newsletter. We said don't worry about it and walked off without the clothes. A huge shame and waste of time!

Nasty place, woman called Jane making coffees, happily having a 5 minute conversation with someone in mandarin but won’t take a coffee order. When I question her, she says they are short staffed, but she has time to have conversations with mates. Junk place, don’t bother.

This is an excellent addition to Covent Garden. Ethically sourced materials and produce. Light and airy store, well organised and nicely presented displays. Makes me want to move to Sweden. Everyone very friendly. Lovely minimalist cafe served excellent cappuccino. Again very helpful staff, One being a Scarlett Johansson lookalike.

Must say, visited the cafe today and had a very nice experience, salad and coffee was spot on and staff (Jane) was friendly and very pleasant. Will definitely make it a regular thing from now on.

Good selection of clothes, has cafe inside but the guard was extremely RACIST and obviously was looks down on foreigners. The store alarm goes off when we walk in and the guard stopped us to "search" our bags, like make it make sense please? We were literally walking inside the store and to make it worse, other bristish people were walking in at the same time as us but we were the only ones he stopped, he kept saying hey when I didn't look and stop for him. Like seriously dude? Annoying as hell! If you're not british or rich looking don't visiting this snob place! ❌️❌️

Last week, in the rush of buying a nice gift for one of my friends I stopped by Arket! Used to work in the customer service industry so I encountered Gigi! He was assertive, knew the products and directed me in the area where I found a perfect gift for my friend, a shirt!
