The staff are so inclusive and kind! We had a very positive experience in here recently. The lovely ladies took the time to chat to my daughter and gifted her a little something. Such a lovely experience. We have travelled quite far twice now to shop here for my daughter and both times bought fab items and received above excellent service!

went there to buy a jacket today, spent a bit of time trying to decide which one to get due to there no return policy. the worker then came up to me and was extremely rude telling me i couldn’t us my gift cards here and asking “are you actually gonna buy anything “ very rudely toned, completely unprovoked and uncalled for. other worker was polite but overall unpleasant experience.

I visited primark in Tottenham Court Road branch today. The lady at the desk (Sonia) was very rude and needs training in how to speak to and treat a valued customer, she didn't smile or make any eye contact with me, and made me feel as though I was bothering her. Also when I paid for my item she said we don't do returns, which she only told me after I had already paid her. Overall her behaviour was bad, she had no smile on her face and when I approached her she made me feel as if I was annoying or bothering her. I wouldn't recommend going here!!! I will not be returning.

Last week I seen a beautiful dress displayed in the window of Tottenham Court Shop inside Primark and I asked how can I buy it. I have been told to come today so I can find it in the shop and I can buy it. I’m just coming from there and the dress was still displayed in the window. A lady who reckoned she is the owner told me that’s not true and she can’t sell the dress. Ok, that’s fine. It doesn’t matter I came 2 hours for that! But what she also told me was: anyway, it won’t fit you! You joking?! I asked how can I buy it, not if it fits me! I am size 10-12. I think the dress is size 8-10. But I still wanted to buy it. Can’t understand how you can be an owner of that shop if you don’t know how to treat your customers!!! Next time, mind your mouth before saying something, that’s a nasty attitude!

Hi, I love browsing inside the Primark store. Every time you go to shop there is something new & fashionable clothing & accessories… Well this time I found something new when I entered the Tottenham Court Road Primark… Inside there was a vintage shop called “ WORNWELL”… I loved few items & spent above £100.00…plus.. When I decided to exchange the item…the staff called “TERRI’…. was extremely rude … didn’t show any customer service at all… I’ve never seen anyone or have come across anywhere this kind of disrespectful behaviour in the customer service desk in my life… I was extremely disappointed and shocked… Very unprofessional service… Also she supposed to give me back £3 but gave only £2… calculation was wrong…anyways that’s fine… but the attitude has put me off to go back… Hope Terri learns to treat/respect every one equally irrespective of their skin colour, language or ethnicity…. For that reason I couldn’t do my shopping properly in an satisfied manner & left the shop with a very bad experience.. So zero star.. I’m sorry

Whilst stuck in London with little to do I decided to see if there were any vintage clothing shops open to pour my limited funds into. It took me some time to find it only to realise it was inside primark. There were some amazing things there, well cared for and clean as well as reworks. The prices were what you'd expect. The gentleman serving (Jake? I think...) was so helpful and nice, giving me a trolly when he saw I was struggling and helped me decide what looked better. Now my money has been properly drained but I am happy 😊 definitely worth a visit.

I normally go into Primark when I am in the area. I could spend hours browsing the shop. It always has really good fashion ideas on its shelves. Plus the fashions are al of the ways changing. So there is always something new to see in the shop. I like the worn well vintage clothing shop which is situated in the corner of the Primark shop. Because it often has a range of bright patterned T-shirts and sports shirts. With graphical designer patterns from the American field and track sports or European field sports. Some time ago I purchased a Red Bull designer shirt. Which has plenty of patterns on the back, front and sleeves. Worn well also sells other items with an emphasis on sports including skiing, racing, football ⚽ etc, A lot of the vintage items are very difficult to find in other shops. But the prices are very competitive and I always find the shop to be very busy. Thanks to very helpful and friendly staff.
