I bought this shoes - and after 2 days of use, the piece that holds the laces broke. I had to insist a lot for an exchange. I got a new pair of shoes, but today, after just a couple of months, the same piece broke again. FIX this design issue - the plastic doesnt hold the laces tension.

I loved the brand but my pair of new boots completely fell apart after a couple of days of casual wear. Customer service refused to take action which is surprising considering the image of the brand. The only luxury thing about this is a price-tag, no responsibility for product quality or customer care.

This shop is ok although the brand is HORRIBLE. Avoid the band, they sell it as luxury and the product quality is as if you get a shoe in Primark. The customer service online is HORRIBLE as well, they take ages in reply and sometimes ignore your emails.

The whole space looks cool, bright and clean. However, a little disappointed for an Asian’s staff.. a bit cold and rush for no reason. Recommend to shop online compared with store in Soho…
