Kelly is an amazing teacher! I’d highly recommended anyone interested in learning to skate to attend. It’s a very inclusive, friendly environment. Regardless of your ability you’re constantly encouraged and allowed to work at your own pace. Will definitely be doing more courses in the future !

Took the beginners class on Fridays from 5 pm. And now I do the practice sessions on Tuesdays when I can. I got so much out of it! I left feeling way more confident on skates and hooked for life. Kelly and Donna’s classes have a good balance of personal practice time and drilling in new skills. Moreover, the whole atmosphere is so chill and fun. Always a great playlist on and such a good way to meet new people, make friends and join the skate community.

I turned up having already taken beginner courses at two different well known London skate schools where something seemed missing. I found it here. For a start Kelly and Donna make an effort to learn everyone's names and that sets the tone for personalising their teaching. Teaching is a real skill and they are amazing at breaking down moves and identifying where you can improve. It's a very warm, supportive, enthusiastic and infectiously encouraging environment where everyone is made to feel super welcome and powerful. This in turn helps build confidence and I've definitely seen an improvement in my skating.

Fantastic course (backwards & transitions) and Kelly is a fantastic teacher who gives very clear explanations and pays such close attention to each person on the course! I’m a teacher myself so can always tell a good teacher! 😉 The venue is great and I loved the music she played too! She’s so good that I’ve booked myself onto another one of her courses (outdoor street skating) and I can’t wait! ☺️ Andrea

I've completed the edges, transitions, and backwards skating class with Kelly, and I'm now continuing to up-level on my 3rd time with Kelly on her Rhythm skate class. I can say with certainty that Kelly is the only teacher I would go to now, and I've taken several other classes elsewhere prior. Not only is she an amazing human being, but I find the way Kelly breaks everything down to be really understandable and I've been able to nail every move I've been taught by her. I feel my skating has massively improved in terms of skills and confidence since skating with Kelly, and people keep asking me how I got so good so quick- easy answer: Kelly, Skatebase London! Highly recommend (& you'll probably see me there, you don't let a good thing go!!!).

Kelly is a great teacher and I’ve really enjoyed her classes. She spent a lot of time on the fundamentals, which have since improved my basic skills and helped me build my confidence on 8 wheels. I’d definitely recommend her for both beginner and improved skaters, or if you just want to get confident in your technique. I’m looking forward to joining her other classes in the future

Love ,it, love it, love it! Kelly is a superb teacher, for the young and old. She is patient and spends time with each and everyone of us. It's fun, even when tired. I have seen real progress with myself and my skate fam. Kelly keeps going through moves and techniques and then it just seems to click. Kelly inspires you to want to get better. Thank you. My skating journey has begun and will continue.🙂 I strongly recommend booking with Kelly at Skatebase London.

I recently completed the eight week course, that Kelly the skating teacher does in Rythmn & Jam Skating. This session takes place on a Friday evening and starts at 8:00. It is the last session for the evening, where Kelly teaches you skills & techniques to take your skating to whole another level. I loved it!! As a back in the day skater who could already skate. This course was ideal for anyone who wants to take their skating to another level. The friendly vibe and atmosphere was welcoming and supportive. I will definately be booking another session soon! Big up to SBL!!
