Black White Denim

Visited today and took a picture of a jumper I was thinking of buying and the shop assistant told me off and told me that I was rude to not have asked beforehand. I have never experienced anything like this in any shop before and it made me immediately feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

I’ve only been able to shop online or via the phone since I live in Birmingham but if you want a fantastic shopping experience, fashion led, high quality pieces then Black White Denim is the place to go. Another bonus is the staff are lovely, super helpful and knowledgeable x

Black white denim isn't like any other shopping experience.. There is no pressure to buy, no pushy shop assistance and no rude customer service. The stock is beautiful.. I can always find something for any occasion.. Jeans to a black tie event. The staff and the owner tell you the truth so you know you look good. The loyalty scheme soon adds up too so you save money each time. A truly wonderful boutique with classy designers and friendly staff. 11 out of 10!!

I love all the clothes at BWD but their basics range is just brilliant and very reasonably priced. The leggings are such good quality and I love the tops for everyday wear. The best thing about the shop though is all the staff, nothing is ever too much for them and they are always more than happy to give you honest advice about whether something suits or not. I love shopping here and would recommend it to anyone.

Best shop ever! BWD is just the best. Full of great labels you can always find something for every occasion, casual or glam. The staff are fantastic. They help you with clothes that suit you, give constructive advice and opinions and alternatives to try if you need a bit of assistance for the right look. I always find something just right and their loyalty card points scheme is fab, you feel like you are getting a little something back and rewards custom. It's my go to shop for when I'm looking to treat myself. It's also where my husband goes to treat me too as they always look after him in there. I rarely bother to clothes shop town now. With great labels on my doorstep and staff that actually care about their customers why would I?

Black White and Denim is the kind of shop that your bank account wishes you had never been in ! The first time I went in, I had quite literally marched my 93 year old granny across the road in front of it to look at something in the window that had caught my eye ! ( which I bought !! ). The staff are really helpful, and pleasant. The owner is so knowledgeable that you could be any sharp and size and walk out looking lovely. Great shop !!

I'm lucky enough to pop in whenever I fancy seeing what's new with living local. The window displays always give you inspiration before even walking in the shop and the layout once in is accessible, uncluttered and well lit. Staff are always on hand to give advise of not only putting items together but also to check that they suit you and your event/lifestyle. The BWD basics are of a very high quality material and finish and never once had a problem with reduction in colour or shrinkage. The staff have an amazing knowledge of what I've purchased in the past so can advise on what new items will go with and manage on many occasions to move me out of my comfort zone and into something I would normally walk past for fear of not knowing how to wear it. Always my pleasure going there, but my husbands pain when he sees all the bags ;0)
