I went there yesterday morning. It was very calm. They had nice clothes and most things were more or less tidy. The cashier in floor -1 (men) was very rude. His behaviour was not professional. He said no hi or bye. He did not ask me if I want a bag. Really disrespectful and rude behaviour. I felt like he was a racisg against white people. Will not come back here for sure.

I am writing a review on urban outfitters Oxford street as I have come into this store multiple times in the past couple of months and every single time I have visited the store the conditions have been what I can only describe as absolute treacherous. It is so extremely hot in the store I could barely shop in there - and on more than one occasion after a mere few minutes I started to actually feel light headed due to the temperature. As a customer this is an extremely unpleasant shopping experience, however more so I am not sure how the staff are allowed to be subject to such extreme working conditions! There is a clear disregard for any of their employees well being and I would say that working in there would actually be a hazard and is NOT fair on the staff in any way shape or form. I hope that something will be done about this and I would encourage people to be aware of urban outfitters carelessness towards their own employees and customers.

I’m disappointed to report that the issues I raised a couple of months ago regarding the store’s extreme heat and poor customer service remain unresolved. Shopping in such conditions is uncomfortable, especially with the overcrowded sale section being shoved into small area making it hard to browse the clothes and move freely. The lack of clear signage further complicates the experience, forcing me to walk around aimlessly to find basic areas like the fitting room or shoe section. While I noticed an improvement in customer service, with staff being more approachable, the store remains disorganized. When I attempted to formally address the heat—given its potential health risks—I was told there was a lack of management available, which I found unprofessional. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, especially for a brand I otherwise enjoy

Went to the store on Tuesday 1st July during the 32° heat. Went to other shops, didn’t have a problem with temperature but this store was unsafely hot and not suitable for customers. I found it to be hotter inside than outside which was not nice. It was also hard trying to get customer service since the workers were standing by the mini AC units they had, which I can’t complain about as they had to work in the heat. It’s not fair for us customers because we had to hold our items as they have no baskets for us to use and couldn’t receive the standard customer service which is not nice because it’s not fair for them to work in either. It seems like the store temperature is a big problem as I’ve read the most recent reviews and seen it brought up a lot. Please consider and prioritise your customers opinions.

These 2 person are USELESS. Stood there chit chatting. I came asked for the owala bottle and they said it’s sold out WITHOUT even checking. I found it myself and grabbed it. They seriously need to get retrained. THEY ARE LAZY

I recently visited the Urban Outfitters store on Oxford Street and had a very unpleasant experience due to the extreme heat and chaotic atmosphere. As soon as I walked in, I felt an instant head rush from how hot and stuffy it was inside. It was genuinely difficult to shop—my daughter and I were interested in a few items, but staff were constantly moving things around without acknowledging us or offering any assistance. It felt very unorganized and overwhelming. I did speak to a staff member named Rico, who was incredibly kind and reassuring. He advised me to stand near one of the AC units, which did help slightly, and I appreciate his effort to assist in a stressful situation. However, overall, the heat and overstimulation were unbearable. After leaving the store, I felt extremely nauseous and ended up vomiting a few moments later. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially since my daughter really loves this brand. Shopping should be an enjoyable experience, not one that leaves you physically unwell. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously and addresses the temperature and in-store environment for the sake of customers AND employers comfort and safety.

The selection was superb; spectacular and stylish clothes. I could've spent hours on end there. But the staff was petty. At the fitting rooms I was questioned of my commitment to purchase. Even the cashier seemed to have lost all interest in life. A bit of a gloomy reception but I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

The store was extremely hot and chaotic. Even being in there for 10 minites I felt like I was going to faint. I can not imagine the poor workers in there for hours without any air or AC! It is really unprofessional for a huge company like this to not care about a really big and busy shop and their workers...
