I absolutely love Urban Outfitters in Norwich - The store has a lovely atmosphere and I have always found the staff friendly and very helpful. Lovely homeware items - obviously limited selection in store, but are able to collect instore if ordered online. Love the clothing ranges, which is much different to what is available in other stores locally. One of my ‘go to’ stores

Visited on Saturday, was helped by an amazing person called Jenson who helped me pick out the best outfit and found the right size for me. Was also able to help me claim my urban rewards and student discount. Overall, he made my shopping experience the best and will definitely come back to get more. By far the best urban store I have visited, they even have great music taste

If you're thinking about ordering an e-gift card from these guys don't bother. I've tried twice now, once for q birthday a couple of months back & now for a Christmas present. Order accepted on their website, funds earmarked on my bank account, email confirmation received. BUT then a little while later you get an email saying that you need to call your bank to get an authorisation code for the transaction & then call them. I mean, who has got time to do all that for such a simple purchase & we're they've earmarked the money anyway Thought first time might be a glitch but sadly not. Will have to wait for the earmarked to be removed. Never again!
