Looked like it had been ransacked. Clothes littered the floor lying amongst the leaves that had blown inside off the street. Staff strutted around with blinkers on, slowly restocking at the back of the shop, rather than going around and picking up all the clothes off the floor first! My daughter wanted to go there as it was her birthday but fortunately didn’t find anything she liked. It would have hurt to have given any money to such a poorly managed business.

Sometimes you can find nice things. Like the other comments, unfortunately, the presentation on the shop is horrible. All the clothes Seem to be designed For 10-year-olds, they are so small and tight. Or they are Completely cropped to a point where you just cannot wear them day-to-day. Some staff are friendly most staff are quite nonchalant and simply quite mean. It’s a shame because there is a lot of potential in the store but Clothes are just being dragged on the floor and the clothes that are hanging normally are overpriced for what they are….

I visited the shop one afternoon and was seriously disappointed. The store looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in ages—there was fluff and rubbish everywhere. Clothes were thrown all over the place, and the fitting rooms were just as messy. On top of that, the staff were unfriendly and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. The whole experience felt chaotic and uninviting. Definitely not what I expected from a store like this.

Urban Outfitters offers a spacious area, but unfortunately, it appears cluttered, possibly due to the choice of wall colors or the arrangement of clothes. It's challenging to distinguish between shoppers and retail attendants, which can be confusing. The selection of clothes is a bit unconventional, leaning towards a youthful and informal style, with many items being oversized, even for their intended demographic of teenagers. Personally, I didn't find the experience particularly impressive or disappointing. The Urban Outfitters should actually work on their customer service, I’m not sure it exists for now. While some prices are moderate, others are on the higher side. Overall, it's not an experience I would eagerly repeat. However, for the very young and teenagers, the store's vibe might resonate with them more.

I prefer to buy things in physical shops rather than online, even if it's more expensive, because it helps to keep the High Street alive. I've been looking for a.specific item and it turns out that it's sold by Urban Outfitters. According to the website it was in stock in the Tunbridge Wells store but a few pounds more than on a famous marketplace. This OK - the difference is not outrageous and I thought I could just go to the shop and just buy it. The specific item is not stocked in Tunbridge Wells. My complaint to the staff was met with blank stares. No offer to order it in. Nothing at all. Just two little bunnies in the headlights. This lack of customer service and staff training is the real reason the High Street is dying. I have since purchased the item from the website ansld ita arriving tomorrow, cheaper than Urban Outfitters, and without having to deal with incompetents.

Came into the shop yesterday, I was looking for a specific item however I am on crutches and unable to walk easily let alone through the shop. Despite this one of the staff members, a tall blonde young man (unfortunately didn’t ask for his name) was incredibly helpful , going out of his way during the busy shop to help find an item for me. He was incredibly helpful in catering for my needs making me feel very comfortable. Incredibly pleased this new shop has opened and has some lovely staff , definitely recommend paying a visit !

came in today in the afternoon, the lady with blonde hair who was at the front of the store was beyond helpful. she went out her way for me, to look in the stock room for something i wanted. it made my day, please let her know i said something. so happy this store opened.

Worst experience ever. The male worker in the changing rooms was the most disgusting encounter of my life. Never have I been treated with such disrespect, snatching clothing out of my hand, with dreadful mannerisms. I then asked to speak to the manager and she refused to get him, asked what the problem was and did nothing. Never returning.
