Ian and James could not have been more helpful, patient and thorough in taking my rudimentary artwork and transforming it into a stunning colour booklet. I am so happy with the finished product, a journal of my holiday to Africa with my sons, and they are too. The photographs look amazing and the quality of print is outstanding. I'm full of admiration for Minuteman Press in Tunbridge Wells. I needed a limited private print run of a book of mine which is on sale only electronically, and I wanted it to be elegant and flawless. Lucy, Ian, James and their design Rhiannon were all patient with me and eventually produced a book that's worthy of being given as presents to friends and libraries. We are so pleased with the customer service we received at minuteman press. We had interactions with Lucy, Ian and James, who were all very helpful and friendly. They printed our wedding order of service and provided us with multiple quotes as we changed our mind as well as being patient whilst we made amends to the file being printed and showed us several different papers so that it could match the theme of our wedding. They provide a draft copy for you to check you are happy before they print the remaining copies, which we really appreciated for peace of mind that it was going to be perfect. Couldn’t recommend this shop more for a smooth printing process!

Highly recommend for anyone who requires "the personal touch". This shop will willingly "go the extra mile" and the result for my quite large order of printed postcards for Hoots Treehouse - was great. Very pleased and highly recommend.
