On an unexpected and certainly not wanted trip out to the London "burbs" to find some souvenirs for our fanatical DR. WHO daughters, this turned into one of the most memorable ventures of our 9-day trip to London (...largely attributed to latter lunch at the gorgeous BOLEYN PUB down the the street!!!). But even NOT as a fan of the series this was a truly phenomenal experience exposed to a massive collection of memorabilia and collectables. I was truly impressed and highly recommend to ANY fan to make the effort and take the time to head out to the EAST END to have a look at this monument to everything DR. WHO. (...and stop into THE BOLEYN at the corner afterward).

Visiting The Who Shop was truly a highlight of my trip. The museum portion is a treasure trove of one-of-a-kind, original items from the Doctor Who universe. From costumes and props to signed memorabilia, the collection was impressively curated and a must-see for any true fan. The shop itself was equally remarkable, offering a wide range of unique items you simply cannot find anywhere else. What made the experience even more memorable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate about the world of Doctor Who. Their enthusiasm made the visit all the more enjoyable and added a warm, personal touch to the entire experience. I highly recommend The Who Shop to anyone visiting London—whether you are a lifelong fan or just starting your journey through time and space.

An absolute must stop for Doctor Who fans . The museum alone is worth the trip, but their selection of Who merchandise is unparalleled!

I drove to Upton Park just for this shop because I am a fan. I was not disappointed, it was totally worth it. I went there shortly after they opened in the morning and had a great experience. It’s truly amazing how many goods they have! I looked at everything multiple times but was not rushed to pay. I asked the staff to assist me with some figurines and got a helpful service! :) I would recommend this to any fan! If I’m in London again, I will go there again

This shop is a must-go for Whovians. The museum is so worth it, ranging from direct costumes from the show and replicas, both Classic and NuWho. The thing that intrigued me the most were the sonic screwdrivers, and they did not disappoint. An entire shelf of sonics is just the absolute dream for a Whovian.

Doctor Who fans will love. However, getting to this shop might be difficult for anyone with physical issues if you have to walk from Upton Park train station. There is no parking anywhere nearby if you drive here. A museum is available to view costumes from show, Tickets are required for that, but the rest of the store is open and full of interesting Who merchandise. Our google maps took us in the wrong direction, so these are my directions if you arrive at Upton Park train station. Upon exiting the station you will be on Green Street, immediately turn to your right and walk down Green Street for about 8 blocks, until you get to Barking Rd. (The large beautiful Pub called The Boleyn should be on the left corner. Worth visiting.) You should turn left on Barking Rd. and go about two blocks. The shop is on the left. Walking down Green Street can be dodgey, small sidewalks, small roads where they go fast, just a real job not to get hurt. Be careful and have fun.

A very good place for every fan. The museum is well worth a visit but please book in advance because not a lot of people can fit in the smal museum at the same time. Very kind and professional and funny staff. There was a staff in the museum that had great knowledge of the series. We just wish the museum was bigger!

The shop is brimming with delightful Doctor Who memorabilia. The staff were friendly and helpful - especially Kevin who regaled us with Doctor Who anecdotes and jokes. The tour was fun, mainly classic Doctor Who stuff, charmingly laid out in a fun and chaotic way. The shop is expensive but you have to remember, these are collectors items and Doctor Who merch is expensive because a lot of it is quite old. They did have smaller stuff that was cheaper like stickers and postcards. Apparently, the owners have held this location for 40 years. That's impressive. I'm glad I visited, a must-see for any Whovian!
