My beautiful Etching Press from Ironbridge Fine Arts is such a pleasure to work with. It was a such a positive experience to purchase this press from such a caring business. From the first telephone call to inquire about a press for my particular needs I was impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable and fast replies to all my queries. I took part in a workshop and Jenny made sure that I was taught all the skills needed to print the images I would like to achieve. Jenny is an amazing artist and very kind and helpful. I ordered the etching press and all the necessary art materials for my particular printing process from them. I absolutely loved that it is possible to chose a color of choice for the frame of the press. Mine is pink, matching to my company logo. The press was shipped with a courier service and was carefully packaged in a special crate together with all the other art materials. Building up the press was not complicated and when I had a query I got immediate assistance. I highly recommend Ironbirdge Fine Arts and the Gunning Presses, such an exciting and fabulous company.

From the moment I walked into the shop the experience was amazing. The atmosphere inside is wonderful and calming with beautiful pictures displayed. I had arranged to meet with Sarah to discuss the picture I wanted to be framed. It was a signed programme as a present. Sarah was fantastic, she listened to my thoughts and shared her expertise. For example explaining the importance of the glass to ensure the signatures remain in tact. She talked me through different options and styles, allowing me the time to consider these. I explained the timeline that I wanted the picture for Christmas. I was called a few weeks before Christmas to tell me my picture was ready. When I returned to the shop to collect my picture the experience was again fantastic. Sarah took the time to show me the picture and talk me through what they had done. She ensured it was well wrapped and secure before I left the shop. I gave the picture as a family Christmas present - everybody was absolutely blown away!

My name is Gary Walton and I work as a professional artist. I recently produced a new range of originals on paper and needed these mounted professionally. I contacted Sarah at Ironbridge fine arts and Sarah was absolutely brilliant with helping me with the product I wanted. In fact the mounts when collected were better than I'd expected. I placed my first order with approx 12 mounts and going to reorder very soon for another batch. I can't thank Sarah enough for her skills with making these mounts....you have to visit the gallery as its such a stunning environment in a beautiful part of Shropshire. My shiny new Gunning Press was delivered & setup by Dave last week and I couldn't be happier. The press itself is beautifully engineered and put together, absolutely built to last a lifetime and works so well - no more aching hands/arms/shoulder/back from hand-burnishing for hours and hours! The service I have received from the team has been absolutely fantastic from the very first enquiry to the thorough instruction session with Dave on how to use the press, even making some test prints and setting it up for my way of working. I would highly recommend this wonderful family-run company to anyone, faultless from start to finish.
