Poor and unacceptable presentation for a Moncler beenie! Bought as a gift but now have to buy. Something to put it in. Spoke to customer service who were not helpful at all. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered a Moncler jacket on 19/03/24 and the item was received on 20/03/24, packaging was 1st class. Also requested some specific measurements (length of sleeve) which were provided in a timely manner prior to purchase. Great service and would buy from Aphrodite Clothing again.

Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. I ordered a Paul Smith wallet for a Christmas present, I was promised it would be delivered within 5 working days. A week later they got it touch saying they were still looking for the item in their warehouse and that it would be sent to me first thing once they’ve located it. Another week later I got another email when they said the item was not available. Simultaneously, I went back on their website to only find out that the wallet was back on, at a higher price. Which I found extremely disappointing as I could clearly see through their poor excuses, the truth was that they wouldn’t want to send me the item at a lower price. That lower price, however, was the price the item was advertised at when I placed my order and they accepted it! Unprofessional and inconsistent! Avoid if you can! There are a lot of other sellers that are way more genuine and professional!

Doesn’t look like Faye is very popular on this review board and I can see why. Received item that didn’t fit so sent back in correct time frame but because they didn’t accept the post until one day after return date they won’t refund me for my item. Despite it clearly being sent before the return period had ended. Truly fantastically terrible customer service. Please don’t order and let’s allow these shocking brands to go out of business as they deserve with their awful customer service.

Beware when placing an order here that you do not select DPD express delivery at £6.99. This is not a next day service and can take up to 4 days which is longer than the standard 2-3 day Royal Mail, particularly if you place your order in the afternoon. It’s also £4 more expensive than DPD’s next day service!!!! A shame as the range of clothing and prices are good. Bit of a rip off as they will not refund.
