Staff can be a bit of hit and miss. If you are just going to collect an item then it's 100%, if you run into issues though expect to have to argue your case. Place also has no direct parking so makes collecting larger items difficult.

Handsome young man called Luke was very helpful and had exceptional communication and was very clear and knowledgeable. His moustache was well kept and his appearance was tidy.

Appalling service when it comes to aftercare. If you purchase an item and it only works for six weeks you dont expect to be handed a number to ring to sort yourself disgraceful. Just to add customer service isn't on top of the list for this store.

Staff friendly.only down fall they don't keep everything there have to wait till next day

Staff were not friendly or helpful they were quite rude I ask to see the product before I paid for it and was told no I must pay first and only when I paid I was told there was no refund available if I were to lave the shop and later discover the product was not what I needed to buy and as happens I took it home to my father to discover it isn't the product he needed so now I am over £200 out of pocket as apparently argos in Strabane dose not do refunds I am disappointed at the lack of customer service

A good shop for bargains, last purchase was a mobile phone , and a lawnmower. Less expensive than Amazon and no waiting in on delivery
