I wouldn't recommend using this company. Their customer service appears to be non existent. We ordered 2 school jumpers and the money was taken from our bank account on 8th Aug. We didn't get any update on collecting this order and when my husband phoned he was told there was a delay but that they would be here in a further 7-10 days. Surely if orders are delayed it's the job of staff to inform customers about this. We still have no jumpers and we have tried phoning numerous times and nobody answers the phone. I have left a voicemail asking if we can have a delivery date and if not can they can initiate a refund. Nobody has contacted me. It now looks like I'm going to have to go to the shop and try and sort this out which is an inconvenience. I would never use this company again.

Ordered school jumpers from this site. 21 days ago, school starts tomorrow no email, no return calls. Paid £47 including delivery still nothing. Absolutely ridiculous parents have to rely on outlets like this surely there a simple method than letting companies ruin my sons 1st day in high school by not have the correct uniform. The only contact I had was to say delivery was now 28 days not 21. If the site original said that I would ordered in June. So unhappy with poor customer service.

Unfortunately the only way to leave a review is to give at least one star, which Logoxpres do not deserve!! Ordered school uniform in time for guaranteed delivery before schools went back (this was confirmed by a lady on the phone) however school is back tomorrow and still no uniform. Have been trying to call for over a week but they’re not answering the phones. No response to any of my messages either. Shocking service, would not recommend and will be forwarding this onto the school who originally recommended them to us. Update on 26/08 - still no uniform received from this utter shambles of a company. No responses to the numerous messages I have left. Over a month since I placed the order. ***DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY***

I went here for my daughters uniform and I was so happy I did, the lady brought me out different sizes for me to see which she did with a smile considering it was so busy with schools going back in 5 days, this was the only place that had my child school blazer so I was delighted when the lady came out with it, they also had P.E t-shirts with the logo in 2 colours white and blue so I was very happy with my purchases, I would definitely go back as its a great store if it was closer to my house, my friend thankfully took me there and back so wasn't so bad. All in all a great experience and my daughter will be happy she has her uniform complete now.

School clothing ordered 16th July, still not received by 22nd of August. Zero communication from logoxpres other than to tell me it was their busy period and orders were taking up to 28 working days (items were still not received in this time period/their website delivery info does not reflect this). Emails and voicemails ignored, nobody picking up the phone. Complete lack of care from a business who are aware you are ordering to receive items before school starts. Managed to get items from scotcrest in Alva who I would strongly recommend if you have that option. Finally got a response from logoxpres when I asked to cancel my order - no explanation on the whereabouts of my order or any kind of apology. Was advised I would receive a refund within 5 working days, which I have not. So the saga continues. AVOID

Ordered 3 weeks ago, no communication from them at all. Didn't answer the phone or return my calls with over 50 calls logged. Needed the uniform as my child started school the next day. Went down to the shop and there were over 35 people in a queue with 1 person serving. Seemed to be plenty of staff through the back but unwilling to help. Had to wait for over an hour to be seen. I managed to speak to a passing staff member who rudely told me to speak to someone else as she works the phones. Well you clearly don't as you don't answer the phones!

Absolute shocking service, ordered my sons school jumper, tank top and PE T-shirt weeks ago, since the day I placed the order I havnt had an update to inform me of what’s happening. Iv tried calling them On numerous occasions, left voicemail, also contacted them through email a few times and not heard a thing, it was my Sons first day back to school today and iv still heard nothing from the company and obviously havnt recieved his school stuff, They have taken my money tho… fuming is an understatement , I cannot believe a company with such poor service is still actually running. Never will I order from them again. SHOCKING!!!

Website said it if ordered before a certain date it would arrive in time for school. It didn’t. No answer to phone calls or voicemails left. When order did eventually arrive - 25 working days after order-it was missing more than half the order. Had to buy elsewhere and didn’t receive. Total waste of money. Wish they weren’t affiliated with any schools
