I purchased a jacket, and despite the product being delivered outside the UK, I was still charged tax. The company claims this is because their shipping fee isn’t high enough, so they keep the additional money to cover shipping costs. If that’s the case, the shipping charge should be adjusted to reflect the actual costs rather than misleadingly labeling it as tax.

Had 2 of our guns that they said they would sell for us 21 months ago,they did sell them but at auction supposedly,but nobody from bushwear bothered to pass on the money or even tell us they were sold despite 3 phone calls from us trying to get updates,very poor customer service,if we hadn't visited them would they have bothered to pass the money to us? Also no paperwork provided to show us actually what they were sold for.would not use them again going forward.
