Terrible after service. My daughter ordered a pair of jeans for her boyfriends birthday. Evry delivered them somewhere other than our property. The proof of delivery photo is clearly not our property. Trying to get a refund is proofing exhausting. Asking ridiculous questions like "please send proof the courier did not visit your property. How can you send proof of something that did not happen! Email ping pong, and no way to actually speak to a human on the phone. Sadly I was forced to buy a second pair of jeans in store as we needed them quickly, but that is the last time we will ever use Urban Outfitters. Still waiting for a refund, and being treated as a liar. Terrible

I lost my bag in there and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful 😭😭 A lovely lady called Shan (sorry if that’s spelt wrong) found my bag and gave it back to me. Thank you guys!

Usually the staff are all really lovely but today 3/8/24 there was an extremely rude girl in charge of the fitting rooms. She looked very pink in the face so may have been stressed, however no excuse for rudeness. My daughter, aged 13, was shouted at for touching a dress on a rail in front of lots of other people, she was close to tears and very embarrassed! She wouldn't let me go back to have a word after. She just wanted to leave the shop. The staff member in question needs to think about how she would feel if that happened to her!!!

The shop is a mess and dirty. Clothing is bad quality and wrong sizing, all looks cheap and incredibly overpriced! Some of the stuff look second hand. Clothes were much nicer until about 5 years ago. Shein seems better quality than this.

Really helpful and friendly staff, especially Ryan. Click and Collect worked really well and was very quick. This store could teach some of the older shops what good customer service looks like.

I was on a short trip with some other people (around 50, 38 of them were girls) and we had a shopping day in this town. my group of 6 went to urban outfitters first thing and spend around 2 hours here. there only a few other people. we looked around and bought some stuff. I was already done with mine and was just waiting for one of my friends who was still trying on some clothes. if I could’ve I probably would’ve bought everything. ah yea turned out that all 38 of the girls wanted to go to urban outfitters. guess you could say that the store is sort of popular. we all kind of met there on accident. the store was packed. the employees were awesome and handled the masses quite well. they also had amazing style in fashion.

I can’t even sit in the changing room with my daughter. I had to stand outside like a criminal. Never had an experience like it. Value your customers or you will lose them. Poor show.

Okay, like the clothes but usually requires sizing up. Sales were on so store was quite messy/ clothes are everywhere (as with all sale items in every store). Long queues for fitting room and checkout. Despite being on sale, lots of clothes still very expensive, e.g. small top £15-25. Like the style but overpriced considering quality isn't great
