Gorgeous clothes and staff were friendly. Not to sound old but jeez the music was so loud. Loved the trousers I bought for my daughter but gutted to come home and see they're £15 a pair cheaper online from them. Too far to take them back 😔 Sad that businesses don't seem to be helping their own stores stay open and encourage people to order online over in store. That said, there was great variety in store, both my daughter's with different styles managed to find lots they liked.

Very bad shopping experience! Especially the male clerk standing at the door of the fitting room, serious racial discrimination! When I was preparing to enter the fitting room with my friend, I didn't take any clothes to try on, just accompanied my friend in to give advice. I was stopped, I can understand that this is their rule. But why can locals go in with their friends, and they were not stopped, and they have already tried on clothes and came out. Not standing at the door, but two people went into the room together. I can only stand at the door and wait for my friend. This is very unfair. If you want to say you didn't see it, please treat them equally. What's the point of waiting for them to come out and then tell them not to go in together? The other female clerks in this store are very enthusiastic, and they will patiently answer my questions when I ask them. Only the male clerk at the door of the fitting room is difficult to communicate with him and shows discrimination. I saw him put it in three times and two people went in together. If you didn't see it once, I can understand. Why three times? Please don't come to this store again, the service attitude is very poor. I hope that the male clerks can be trained in courtesy. Or put up a notice at the door of the fitting room.

It was a phenomenal experience on my visit to this store. Commendable staff from front cashier to the manager. Very caring and helpful with customer service to the highest priority. I was visiting UK and I am from Canada I purchased an item in Nottingham store and went to Sheffield store in Meadowhall Mall. The return policy varies from store to store and the experience I had was outstanding, very impressive. I am grateful and very happy. The paying counter personnel was diligent, very patient and assisted with utmost care along with his colleagues as well as the manager processed my return without a physical receipt neither my card. I wish all the staff best of luck however I would like to wish Owen Davies of this Sheffield Store#234 the very best of luck and May he be blessed with success and the best always - God Bless Amen

People on the till are always nice, and usually has good stuff in the sale, but the photo booth is a bit freaky because people outside of it can see you on the screen. Why would they make that a feature? It puts you off going in. Clothes are normally a bit of a rip off.

Awful experience, had a few members of staff looking at me and pointing at me as I was walking round the shop. I do believe that one of them was called Leonie. 7 o’clock on a Friday, would have expected better service. Made me feel uncomfortable. Will not be going again 👎🏽

The girl on the till was so wonderful. She helped me find everything my daughter asked me to get, even from the stock downstairs. Amazing customer service 👏 👌 Thank you😊

By far the best Urban Outiftters I've been to and yet it's probably situated in the busiest place compared to where I've been. Inside is spacious with a good variety of clothes to look at. There non-food sections seem smaller than other stores and what was on offer is not as impressive. But generally the store was calm and a great relief for everything going on outside the centre.

It was disappointing to see the cactus plants from Urban Outfitters displayed in the shop. Every single cactus was dead. It's shocking that a company would sell such poor quality products and not even bother to ensure the basic health of the plants they're selling. I would strongly advise against buying any plants from Urban Outfitters if you're looking for something that's actually alive and thriving. Save your money and go elsewhere for your gardening needs.
