Could not recommend this company any more! Massive thanks to Annie and the team for providing and embroidering our Under Armout staff kit for our PE department. Turnaround times were extremely fast and the service from Annie was outstanding. We will definitely be using Creative Images again

James and his team are always accommodating to our needs as a small business and provide first class customer service and excellent clothing and printing. Will be back with another order in a few weeks time. Highly recommend.

* Kit never arrived * After placing an order in November, we were never even given an estimated delivery date or a purchase conformation form. In January I got told that the factory that the company used had been sold but apparently they were unaware of this. I was told that the order would carry on as normal. Two weeks later I was then told that they did not know where the kit order was in China and would have to wait until after Chinese New Year had passed before we could be sent our order. No other factories in Europe could process the order apparently so we would have to wait. When I asked for a refund, I got a response that was argumentative and reluctant offer a refund even though 4 months after the order was placed we didn’t have anything to show for it. Eventually they did refund but not without trying to claim that I should have to wait another 8 weeks for kit they couldn’t guarantee would be the same. Furthermore, it turned out that a small section of the kit order was produced in the UK. They couldn’t even get this right. They contacted my members directly behind my back and told them that the colour hoodie they had ordered was out of stock now and could only be made in a different colour. This meant we had an array of kit in different colours that took months to arrive. I honestly couldn’t tell you how awful this company was and how much I’d recommend staying away from them

Dealt with James H the entire time and he was fantastic from start to finish. Designs were as asked for and end result of new team kit was not only fast and high quality but very good value! Will definitely be ordering again! Tom Sherborne Storm

Ordered some under armour clothing with my logo on it and the embroidery is quality. Staff are very helpful and were able to get me the items quicker than expected so I got to wear it for an earlier event.

Nightmare to deal with phoned about my already late order to be told be with me next day, a week later it still hadn't arrived phoned back to be told it had been sat on a desk for a week. Paid £7 for next day delivery was told they would refund this due to actually taking a week for delivery but received nothing.
