i was there Sunday 7/9/25 i thought the staff was not professional a bit rude and stuck up especially a young lad with black baggy jeans on who seemed not interested in helping us out very disappointed considering my self and our kids spend a lot of money in this store but the standards of the staff leave a lot to be desired when you spend hundreds or thousands you want a first class service always not just when the staff feel like it probably won’t spend here will stick with the wilmslow shop👎👎👎👎poor staff service am also warning everyone that you spend hundreds or thousands and they won’t exchange any items with cash they only give vouchers back so be warned poor service 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Very trendy, it even smells nice. Seemed to be a large selection of designer trainers and hoodies. Customers just walk at you and the day we went there was a security guard pretending to hold the door open. We didn't buy anything so can't comment on customer service.

What a lovely experience I received today, didn’t catch the gentleman’s name I was serviced by. He was tall and very smartly dressed and was with another lady who seemed to be a manager. From start to finish the experience was fantastic and made me feel very welcome. They guided me through my purchase which I am extremely happy with. Lovely team and the store looks stunning. Can’t wait to come back!

A great new store with very polite staff. From entering to leaving, all staff greeted me with a warming smile and were so helpful. Numerous staff members went out of their way to help me with a pair of shoes and even offered to order them in! The store has a beautiful layout also and their security is so bubbly! I will definitely be returning, it’s amazing to see a store like this in Preston.
