Phenomenal vibe, never felt more welcomed in any business than i have here, you can just tell Slaney is an absolute treasure of the community. He will go above and beyond for you and the craic is 10/10. Great gripjob on my new board and threw in some nice stickers. If you like comics, skating, skating apparel or good conversation i cant recommend enough.

Definitely the best place to pick up a board and comics in the area. If you're a nerd like myself, look no further. This place is always stocking up with new & vintage issues of your favourite comics and graphic novels. Best part, that nice bloke behind the counter is extremely welcoming and accommodating. On top of helping one find whatever you're looking for, he will give ya recommendations on alternatives titles you've never even heard before.

Amazing hospitality, came in soaked with my mate and Slaney (owner) turned on the heater for us and gave us a cup of tea to warm up. If in need of board parts or anything skate related make sure to stop by - the shop is also a comic shop too! 10/10

The guy that runs the shop has been super helpful in getting our young lads board set up. He went above and beyond helping us find the correct sized trucks wheels etc for the deck our lad picked online. He ordered in trucks for our son and built the set up for us. You can tell this isnt just a business its the mans passion and means a lot to him and to me as a customer. Will definitely be back for myself

Absolutely love this place , the man behind the counter has been nothing but helpful while I’m there, would be a great place for a summer job ( I want 1 ) but other than that it’s the best comic shop ever got me into the collecting again

My son Dylan (12) needed his new deck kitted out and I can safely say this is the best place I could have went for the job. Stuart treated us like royalty and went over and above what we expected. He built the entire deck with a call to say when the board would be ready. On entry the board was sitting for collection and the personal service was second to none. A truly professional job from a great guy. While we were collecting the board a few guys Dylans age entered the store and were admiring his new deck. Stuart knew them all by first name which added to the feeling of the service you get when you enter Rawee. 5 well deserved stars!

Great shop. Lots of cool skateboard stuff and great prices on books and comics. Owner is a lovely bloke as well. Will definitely be back when next in Portrush

We visited for an hour on a Saturday lunchtime, where Stuart assessed an advised us on the best way to kit out our 12 year old with a new board and safety gear. A custom board assembled in front of our eyes. You can tell their passion by just walking in the door and the camaraderie they have with the local kids, just popping in to have a 'look', each person got the same welcome! A gloriously independent skateshop that takes pride in selling you what you need, as opposed to what you think you need. A hub for the skating and urban sports community- well worth a visit.
