I quit buying Palace online after things like vinyl records were not properly and secure shipped and not feeling appreciated. But when in London, I had to visit the store. I was wonderfully helped and happy with my purchase. I recommend a visit.

Dope store. Will likely find some nice pieces available in store in comparison to Supreme and other competitors. Staff are calm and welcoming. The garments are great quality. Would pop back again

Before I even step foot in the store, there was a security guard and 2 staff members outside chatting who just stared at me as I walked in. I didn't receive any greeting and this immediately put me off. The store was dark, dim, and lifeless. One of the staff members inside was leaning against a pillar looking down at the floor and then would occasionally look around the store, just to look back down again. It was a terrible shopping experience and I only spent 2 minutes inside the store before leaving.

Absolutely APPALLING customer service. Be warned, Palace's return address is a PO Box!! I ordered a jacket online and I had to return it as it didn't fit properly, I went to the post office to return the item and was informed that I could only purchase Tracked 24 or 48 which only covers the value of an item up to £150 (the jacket was £188), owing to the return address being a PO box. The parcel never reached the PO box as Palace had requested that Royal Mail hold the item (and then never arranged for it to be collected). I couldn't afford to lose £188 (plus postage and packaging both ways) so I contacted Royal Mail - Palace were accepting absolutely no responsiblity. After a very long back and forth with Royal Mail I managed to get a refund of £150. However, I was informed that it was in fact Palace's responsibility to ensure that they could receive parcels. I tried to resolve this with Palace but they were extremely unhelpful, they have ignored my latest two emails. I'm grateful that I managed to get back at least some of the money via Royal Mail but Palace's complete lack of care or understanding has been utterly disgusting. If you're ordering from Palace, make sure that the items you purchase fit (and that you will not change your mind about your purchase), otherwise be prepared to lose a lot of time and money!

Selection was good relative to what was on the online catalogue during the time. All the staff were chill and helpful. Went on a Thursday during noon and there was no lines.
