my recent visit to the store is generally a nice experience. Design of the store gives cosy vibes, not particularly big but clear sections. However the UG floor is messy and no staffs are there. Most products are overpriced imo, but with its design maybe it’s more understandable. Bought a bag which is reasonably priced and staff at cashier is friendly.

Didn't catch the sales assistants name we went to the till at around 13:50, however she was so full of joy and was so kind, even went as far as showing me the cute very tiny carrier bags you do and even let me have one. Thank you! What a lovely experience.

No Ty to the blonde tail skinny lady in the changing room. Didn't try things on because her system was rubbish. Shared changing room with guys and didn't feel comfortable going out to show my sister outside (no where near) and have no storage for photos. Lost a sale

Shocking customer service! 30 people in waiting to buy stuff instead of serving they are standing and chatting! I know you want to be cool but 5 people with many items resigned and walk off! Not be coming again! …

I went in today and bought some stuff and was greeted by quite a rude girl who was on till. Acted like she didn’t want to be there at all no hello no nothing. I asked if I could use a discount I had on the app and it seemed like really offended her asking her to scan it. I’m normally met by some really lovely people on the till but she was really really rude . I’m not sure of her name but she had an accent and curly hair.

I was surprised by what I saw. This store is dirty and smells bad everywhere. I wanted to choose clothes, but after what I saw I was shocked. This forever removed the desire to buy anything there. Do people who buy things there for fairly expensive prices really not respect themselves that much? This is trash to me

I visited a few days ago and was amazed by the customer service. When i went to try on a few bits there was a girl in the fitting rooms called Zilki who was so lovely and sweet. The place has great staff who are extremely welcoming and lovely!!! Was rlly impressed xx
