Mile Cross Primary school. Our school has used Samuels for the past 15 + years as our supplier of school uniform. We have always found the staff and company helpful, accommodating and very professional. Over the years we have had times when items were not available and Samuels have always put the customer first and fulfilled our orders so our parents/pupils have had school uniform. Very, very disappointing, not interested in a relatively small order (over £100) and very poor communication. Really disappointing as you try to deal with local firms. I am sorry to say that I simply cannot recommend this firm if you are looking for less than 25 items.
