Such a pleasure to visit this store. A wide range of quality menswear well displayed in attractive decor. The staff are so friendly and attentive. Nothing is a problem for them. I've purchased in-store and online and service is very efficient. I loved the lovely hanging cover that was used to protect a linen jacket that I purchased for my husband. Loyalty points are earned on each purchase which you can use next time. A bonus £10 voucher was sent to me on my last online purchase which was unexpected and very useful. Regular catalogues sent through the post too. An old-fashioned and very much appreciated customer service that is rare these days. Highly recommended company.

Well what can I say, the staff at Brook Taverner Northallerton (Julie) and all the other team members have been absolutely amazing. They are so helpful and willing to pretty much take their own tie off to sell to help you. Full suit bought 2 years ago for a wedding and recently returned for another suit for my own wedding and even my groomsmen nothing has been too much trouble from start to finish. To all the staff at northallerton thank you so so much. Ps. Julie please can you be nice when we come in haha

Visited from London and what a gem! The staff are very welcoming and care about your experience in the store. Very friendly and helpful advice. Good quality clothing. Very impressed. I'll be buying more on line but will make sure to go back to the store too. I came into exchange a shirt size and I left unexpectedly with 6 shirts and a jacket. Loved it.

This shop was a great surprise! Lovely stock. Great quality and backed up by knowledgeable staff who provide excellent customer service. They also have a really good loyalty scheme. Would happily recommend Brook Taverner Northallerton

Needed some trousers and I wanted some good quality ones. Popped In and I have to say I was blown away by the customer service. They didn’t have the leg length in stock but would alter a longer pair to my size free of charge and have them ready the following Monday. Outstanding. I don’t have the build for a lot of Brook Taverner clothing but I will be back. Best service I have had in a clothes store.

Excellent service today from Julie Benson when ordering a suit for my son’s wedding. She had ordered the jacket from another branch whilst I was trying on trousers. She’s taking the suit home for me as I’ll be in holiday when it arrives. Fantastic customer service - I will be back 👍

Absolutely excellent customer service from Julie. Great range of clothes to choose from and what they don't have in store can be ordered in very quickly. Very highly recommended.
