Pick this dress up in a charity shop for 2024 New Year’s Eve ball, and it was 2 sizes too big for me. Took it to the lovely ladies and they worked their magic and wow I feel like a true princess thank you xx

If I could give 0 stars I would. Business has made a mess of printing a nameset on a football shirt and when returned they accepted no responsibility. Nameset has been put in wrong place and has not transferred onto shirt correctly. When I went in the staff were dismissive and blamed me, despite me offering them to show them the documents on placement at the time of taking the shirt in but this was refused.

Don't get football shirts done here, messed up my £80 newcastle shirt for good. Plus £10 to get the sub par name on the back. Not even remotely like the official font and number on the back. Doesn't come off either so guess that's £90 down the drain.

Found this business by chance, and what a great find it was. Name/ number on an International football shirt for my Grandson was no problem and done in literally 3 minutes. The Lady and Gentlemen owners were so friendly and chatty. Can't recommend this place enough. Bravo 👏

Above and beyond - absolutely first class service from Suzy and the team. Not only did they show excellent craftsmanship in the work we had done but were good enough to have 4 alterations ready for us next day and took great care and interest in us as customers and people. Prices are excellent, highly recommended and I'll definitely be going back.

I don't recommend it. I asked to turn up and stitch the sleeves and pants without cutting, but received 2 damaged items. For a fairly high price. The sleeves and legs were cut rather than rolled up, and the sleeves were also made of different lengths (the difference is about 1 cm), while the pants have a difference of 2 centimeters.

Fantastic service as always. Used a few time for zip replacements and have now repaired and altered my old wax jacket ready for spring! Can’t recommend highly enough! Thank you!
