Frustrating Online Shopping Experience. I receive quite a lot of promotional emails from this company, and while I appreciate being kept in the loop about sales, my recent online shopping experience was quite frustrating. After completing my purchase, I discovered the item was out of stock. Unfortunately, I wasn't notified proactively; I had to contact customer service multiple times to find this out. This has happened to me on a few occasions, and while the representative initially offered a courtesy discount on a replacement item, that offer was later rescinded because the new item was also on sale. Although I understand that promotions can have limitations, this experience left me feeling disappointed.

Brilliant shop which oozes style. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff and a wide variety of quality clothing. Give them a try they’re a class act.

Very helpful and polite staff make you feel comfortable and relaxed no pressure. They have a great selection of the best brands. Always have something for every occasion weather it be work or casual or smart dress! Always leave very satisfied and will continue shopping there in the future! Recommend to any body! 👍🏻👌🏻

The quality of their products is great but still not worth the crazy prices they charge. You won't find a shirt under £100 and most are £150+ There are better options in Nantwich. Give Jepsons a go first and if they can't help you then try here but be prepared to leave with a much lighter wallet.

I Visited pockets last week as i was looking for something to go out in; I was assisted by Tom, what a proffesional, polite and helpful individual who took out his time to help, the shop is well maintained as there is a wide variety of different styles so you end up spending more! Extremely satisfied and one new customer for the future. Thanks Guys!

Excellent personal service and attention from a great local family owned business. Great labels in stock such as Paul & Shark, Ralph Lauren and Boss as well as Stone Island and Belstaff.
