An absolutely delightful shop full of treasure. Make sure you check every corner, as there is so much to see! Something for everyone, for every budget. I went in for 2 wooden cats I had seen online and came out with them, a cat cookie jar, an otter garden ornament and a wooden zebra mask! Friendly, helpful staff make the experience better. I was given time to browse at my own pace, but they were there to lend a hand if I had any questions. Will definitely be going back often to check out the new stock. 5*

What an amazing shop! Having just moved into a bigger house we needed more furniture. We bought two wardrobes at an excellent price, which are perfect for the room, the delivery service was also excellent. This shop is an absolute gem, even if you aren't looking for anything, you can be guaranteed to find something you like, there is a very eclectic mix of items, large and small. Gaenor is a delight to deal with. We will be regular visitors!

I love meandering through the curios that await me when I explore the Melksham Arcade, filled with treasure sourced and curated by The White Elephant team. Gaenor is friendly, thoughtful and has a keen eye for second hand wonders that she knows her customers will love. You will find budget friendly and investment pieces here and they can even get a lift home if you're not able to fit them in your car or carry them. I have shared two photos, a typewriter and a cabinet, of my amazing finds but I have more coming that I'm currently styling. Great finds for interior designers, those that wish to buy second hand only household and garden items and if you would like to shop sustainably for your home, birthdays, anniversaries etc you won't be disappointed. WOW a simply amazing choice of lovely items. Very well presented and the lady in the shop was so helpful and polite. A great addition to the community rather than another coffee shop or charity shop. Please go in and take a look as you will be astonished at the selection and with Christmas round the corner I’ve purchased some perfect gifts for family members. Will be back again and would recommend to friends and family

I found White Elephant Clearance staff to be very friendly, very helpful & very knowledgable. I asked if they had wooden folding chairs thinking it was shot in the dark & they had some. I am very happy with my new chairs & with the high standard of service I received. I couldn’t ask for more, I highly recommend them & will be buying more from them

This is the most amazing place filled to the brim with intriguing wares from large furniture, collectibles, garden items & MORE. Some newer items & others vintage. I could happily buy something for every room in my home and gifts for family & friends. Honestly I’d like to keep this place a secret but they deserve to be found. Very friendly staff who let you browse and take your time and who are very knowledgeable. You definitely need to do at least 3 circuits of the shop as there are so many wonderful items. Definitely a must go to if you live near by or are travelling through the area. I shall be visiting again very soon.

Absolutely adore this shop - came for a small side table and left with garden planters, an antique saw and a few other curious bits. It's a treasure trove, well worth a visit!

Definitely DO NOT buy from this lady. She wasted 2 hours of our day! Agreed to buy an item of furniture, messaged her to say we were on our way and she had sold while we were enroute without any communication. Never dealt with someone with such poor customer disservice!
