Back in the summer of 2024, I started looking for a company to make uniforms for the charity I’m apart of coordinating. I gave myself plenty of time to research and found what I thought was a good company. Unfortunately, they let me down badly, and I had to go through a long process to try and get my money back. A lot of time wasted and no outcome at the end. After months of trying to work with other companies and getting nowhere, I lost trust and confidence in the process. It took me a while to approach another business, but then I came across Clothes2Order—and I’m so glad I did! Over the past four weeks, I’ve had the most positive experience with them. From start to finish, their service has been incredible. The process was straightforward, and any time I had a question, their team was quick to help. The price was fantastic for what we received, and the quality of both the clothing and embroidery was flawless. When the package arrived today, I was over the moon. After such a long and frustrating journey, finding Clothes2Order has made it all worthwhile. I cannot recommend them enough—they’ve truly enhanced our charity work with their amazing uniforms. The print quality on the caps were just as good and I wouldn’t hesitate ordering print if I needed to in the future.

First time buying clothes2order. A great process from start to finish, easy to order The backpack arrived quickly, beautifully embroidered with the logo I had chosen and good quality backpack. They emailed me about a problem with my size and colour with very quick communication and understanding. I love my backpack and will recommend this website to friends and family. I will definitely be ordering again.

Can only comment on customer service as never got to order. Sent them all order details along with urgent date needed the following week. Had multiple drawn out responses from CS on logo positions, but no help regarding deadline and ultimately missed it due to no help from the CS agent taking the product i wanted and the print date into consideration from the info I had provided. When calling to try and get some last ditch effort help to get something sorted, went round in circles with the person on the phone about shipping rates because, and I quote the person on the phone, "you didn't ask the right question". Really unhelpful, definitely don't go the extra mile and completely messed up what should have been an easy order to put through with the original time I had. Luckily I found somewhere else last minute who were much better.

Promises the world but doesn’t deliver on time. Ordered a printed T shirt with a delivery date estimated 12 days later. When the estimated delivery date arrived the order was still stuck in the pre-production queue (according to their own tracking) with no chance of it being delivered even a couple of working days after the estimated date. I needed it for a particular event and they have let me down despite their quality service promises.

Appalling customer service. Ordered three items. Two were delivered with no explanation on the third. Phoned on the Friday to be told the third was in production and would be delivered on Monday. No further delivery updates were given. Called on Monday morning to be told the item was in quality control and I would be able to pick up same day. Turned up to pick the item to find out that the item was damaged and they didn’t even have it the whole time. Absolutely ridiculous, avoid buying here.

Very poor experience to say the least. Placed an order, printed quickly. When to collect and sadly there was an issue with them printing in white and not cream as per design files. They quickly said no problem we will reprint same day and ship directly to my event venue so it arrives the next day. Items were for an important investor event. No updates, no devilry and when I called them to ask where it was, they hadn't even bothered to print them again! What a waste of time, energy. Full refund given hence them getting 1 star!!

Excellent range of Products - HUGE! - Great range of printing choices - communication was really good and helpful - printing was great quality, prices good and turnaround was good. Would heartily recommend.
