I have recently set up a small business. Robin and his team were excellent in helping me create my merchandise. The print work was excellent quality and the logo on my t-shirts looked very professional. I would highly recommended their expertise and customer service.

I don’t have much need for such services, but I’d definitely use them again! My order was merely for two personal own-design T-Shirts, but they’ve far surpassed my expectations re what I might receive. Absolutely perfect! Beyond even.

I went to Red Penguin to discuss some embroidery work for my husband's business. We needed shirts and hoodies embroidered. I had spoken to someone earlier in the week who said pop down anytime, although the lady who does the embroidery may not be in, one of the bosses will be happy to help. So I went to Red Penguin as discussed. When I arrived I didn't even get to step foot in the building. I was stopped at the door and told this "The one boss is in a meeting and the other one is around somewhere, although he is available to talk to you it would probably be best for you to come back next week" I said I had everything ready with me as discussed on the phone and he reiterated "come back next week". It may only be a few shirts and hoodies but this could lead to more and more business and I was just turned away. From how I was spoken to it appears they are only interested in corporate large business orders. I got in the car and proceeded to see if there was anywhere else local. I was surprised to find another printers approximately 3 miles down the road where I just walked in and was so impressed by the customer service and their work ethic that we have placed a much bigger order than we expected.

I have used Red Penguin for corporate workwear and have been extremely pleased with not just the value but also the quality, excellent value and great service. Started to use them for custom signage and again great value....

Red Penguin helped us with several marketing items (pens, mugs, name tags, shirts,...) for an important trade show in Germany with very very short leadtimes to make it an successful event for us. Great service.
