My daughter loves this store so much and it’s usually always busy but we went in today and it was worse than usual. Not sure why they took the queue outside away because as much as it’s time consuming waiting it makes such a difference. It took 30 minutes to try on clothes and same to pay. Everyone in there is miserable including the workers and makes us not want to come back. Buying online from now on!!!

Good clothing. Incredibly rude staff. Staff act like they don’t want you there and they don’t want to be there. Asked for help (long hair, brunette, wore hair down, tons of makeup on) and she was extremely rude to me, lied to me about not having the item of clothing I had asked for help finding (saw several girls with the item in their hand), and then gave me dirty looks the remaining time I was in the store.

Posting this as an adult and a mother because I think it's an important note due to this shop being aimed at teens 😆 I hated it. Every second. It was small and cramped and very busy, filled with teenagers and other mothers like me following them around dreading the cost lol. There seemed to be only 2 main colours on sale - blue and white (asked my daughter about this and apparently it's a Brandy Melville thing). And the clothes themselves are ridiculously overpriced. £25 for a tiny tube top (just an example) is absolute madness to me. And they only seem to sell them in one size - small. It's also worth noting that they do not do refunds - only exchanges or gift vouchers - which is legal but still a rubbish way to do things. All in all it was horrible and overhyped and I wouldn't go again unless dragged by my daughter. I would give it a one star but my teenage daughter loved it so it's worth adding the extra star

Charged me £32 instead of £30 on a pair of nanda pants in sage stripes since it had no tag and the last one in the store. Only knew this when i got to the hotel and check on the website myself and wont be able to do anything since im leaving the country next day

The staff are very unhelpful, unwelcoming and rude. They give the impression they don't want to be there. The girl on the changing room kept glaring at me while I waited for my daughter to try on her clothes. The girl on the till was standing slouched over the counter till we went up with our purchase. She looked annoyed that we had the audacity to approach her. She made 'enjoy the rest of your day' sound like a threat. My 15 yo daughter loved all the clothes. I found everything pretty basic and dull. I'd rather go to Primark.

Love love love! Perfect store for slim teen girls! Gets very busy as it is so nice, and large queue for very few changing rooms! Would recommend as prices are reasonable!

Clothes is cute and great quality. Most of it made out of natural fabrics. Queues were huge unfortunately, but what can you expect.. the shop is tiny which is fault of the person opening it in the first place. And i genuinely feel bad for people working there, customers throw clothes on the floor, walking over it and then complain. For minimal wage this is too much. This problem would be easily solved by opening a bigger store and hiring more staff I feel like. But customers attitude cannot be fixed :/
