Highly impressed with this website/store and I would recommend to anyone looking to print a custom design allover print shirt/clothing. Less than 24 hours after I submitted my order, they got back to me with an edit (reduced and centered the image used on the front and back of shirt) which I felt was the perfect finishing touch to the design, it was tasteful, they clearly have people with a good eye in charge of the editing process. The site/ editing tools were user friendly, even on a mobile device! After submitting the final edit, the entire process of them printing, cutting and sewing the shirt, shipping the shirt and it being delivered was only 4 days and that was even with the cheaper shipping option. The final product is exactly what I had hoped for, the quality has surpassed my expectations. This is my second time using a custom clothing design website and it beats the other site I've used (artscow) in every way albeit slightly more expensive, however worth it.

I recently had the misfortune of ordering from Bags of Love, and let me tell you, my experience was nothing short of catastrophic. The products I received were a glaring testament to poor quality and shoddy craftsmanship. The clothes were faded, looking like they had been through a hundred washes before even reaching my doorstep. The prints were not only wonky but also faded, making them utterly unacceptable. What’s worse? The customer service—or lack thereof. It’s as if my complaints vanished into a black hole. I reached out multiple times, expecting at least a semblance of acknowledgment, but I was met with radio silence. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t seem to care about its customers. In a world where quality and service are paramount, Bags of Love falls miserably short. Save your money and your sanity. This is one brand that deserves to be branded as a complete failure!

I was working a special project and submitted a single jpg for a test print on a 12 x 12 inch fabric. It was exceptional quality and done very quickly. Price was significant. Contacted Customer Service to inquire about multiple prints and was assured the price would drop. It did, the price dropped about 80%. Crazy good. From the time I approved their review of the work on the 12 panels the product was in my hand is 5 days from the UK to the US East Coast. To say I was pleased is a real understatement. Extremely happy with the product the communication and the pricing! Highly recommended

I have ordered Christmas Baubles, as Christmas is a busy time, the production took longer than usual. I was spending Christmas in Slovakia, and the baubles would not arrive on time. I have contacted the customer service, and they have posted the baubles to Slovakia for no extra charge. Outstanding customer services and high quality products. Will definitely order again. What a find this place was! I urgently needed a canvas printed for a wedding fayre for tomorrow and only ordered this on Wednesday! The staff were amazing in making sure it got out the door and kept me up to date, every step of the way. The print is superb quality as well. Ordered a set of custom print ties at Bags of Love for ~400 euro's total. The print quality was okay. The fabric however was not stitched properly. Because of this all ties came apart within one day of use by my client. Unacceptable, especially at this price point. I immediately contacted customer service with pictures of the defect, they however were not willing to compensate me with anything but a 10 euro in store coupon. In the end I had to have all ties redone by a local sewing company which ended up costing me 100,- euro. The shop also is unable to handle (foreign) business accounts. In short: quality you cannot trust, bad service.
