I was really excited to work with a local business but sadly the experience has turned very sour. I placed quite a big order (£444 worth) and what I received was not what I requested or approved. Thread colours were wrong, they mixed up what colour goes on what cap multipletimes and I had to keep correcting them. The wrong colour t-shirts were ordered delaying the order. There was no organisation or management from the beginning, so I sent screenshots of what colours I wanted. It is clear no one was checking or following that. Now I have highlighted the issues I am told they will not refund the order even though I did not get what I approved or requested. They insist there was no mistake and everything is as approved, which it clearly isn't. I now have £444 worth of caps and t-shirts I can't use. I can see from other reviews here this is not the first time an issue like this has arisen. Sadly, I can not recommend this supplier. I am still quite shocked by the lack of service and professionalism here.

Fantastic service! Heather was an absolute super star! I needed some very last minute t-shirts printed and I was probably such a nightmare customer as details kept changing but she kept up with me and was very patient and professional and got a product designed, printed and posted to me in time for the event! It made it so special so a massive thank you to her and the team, I will 100% use them for any future needs I have!

Made some personalised T-shirts and hoodies for our postgraduate student society. They replied extremely quickly to all our emails and queries. Quotes and proofs received quickly and were accurate with no hidden charges. The T-shirts are classic FruitoftheLoom and the hoodies are made from a good quality fabric with a very soft inside . The print quality looks durable, as it's not your standard 'stick on vinyl' (see photo), so I'm sure they will last a very long time. The embroidery on the hoodies is of great quality and precision too. Really great value and super quick delivery with DPD. The customer service is excellent! Very professional, friendly, accommodating, patient and prompt. Overall very satisfied and will keep working with them in the future. Definitely recommend! 5/5 stars

Couldn't be happier with the service and product delivered by Holly and the team at Superlogo! My order was processed quickly, and there was plenty of communication to make sure everything was just the way I wanted it.

This was my first time using Superlogo. The T-shirts are amazing and the print workmanship is brilliant. I had a deadline to meet, T-shirts arrived days before deadline which put my mind at super rest. Thank you for your super-amazing customer service, professionalism and the quality of the final product.

I wanted to order facemasks with our Church logo on them. I spoke with Rebecca who was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She led me through different options and clearly outlined the costs and implications of each. The masks have arrived today and I am delighted with them. Awful experience with this terrible company. My advise is avoid and order elsewhere I wish I had never contacted this company in the first place
