Urban Outfitters

This is a very typical urban, it’s well cleaned and staff are polite and nice - Overall I just wanted to give a review about a lovely member of staff who really improved my experience recently. 💓 I cannot remember her name, but I visited the store on Thursday - really lovely, friendly and helped me to find what I needed. She had short blonde hair, was an absolute angel.

Shocking service, tried to return an item and was met with ZERO help from the staff. Instead of politely explaining the return policy, I was made to feel like an idiot for returning an item that didn’t fit. The manager lady was sent over to help and instead thoroughly checked the jeans I bought whilst staring at me as if I had killed her family. When I asked about a refund, she sighed and threw the item on the table then asked me to leave. I never recieved a proper refund nor an explanation. Doubt I’ll ever even get an apology, let alone the £40. These people make you feel like a criminal for your own purchase Don’t go here!!!!

Absolutely awful customer service. I brought a jacket in London a few days ago. Tags still on and everything. When I got back from my hotel I noticed there was ink all over the jacket. I left the next day and had no time to take it back, so I went to the Leicester one that was still bear in mind, an hour away from my house. When I got there the woman turned around and told me I was a liar and I had put the ink on the jacket myself, and that I would of noticed the ink when buying it, and that it’s my own fault for not checking the item AFTER it was put in the bag by the other store. And to the girl was also behind the till laughing,- i think you need to be taught a bit of decency and manners. A one star is too good for the way the staff talk. They were very rude.

16/05/2025 aproximayely 18:00 Had an awful experience at urban the yesterday. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. From being yelled at and spoken to as if we were dirt when the shop assistant wasn’t there to let us go through to the changing rooms and we tried to go in together. Made us feel disrespected and deeply upset to the point where we just wanted to leave the shop. She snapped at us and was extremely rude. This woman was white wearing a tie dye shirt she was short and had dark black roots with blonde hair tied in a short pony tail. If you see her in the shop my advice is to steer clear. I even went downstairs to make a complaint about her which I think she knew as she raced ahead of us and stood at the til and when I went up to talk to her collegeue she asked me if I needed something in a rude and univiting tone. Urban outfitters i urge you to do something about this employee.

Incompetent, lacking any idea of what customer service is, and call their customers liars. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Avoid like the plague. Even one star is two stars too generous.

Would have given 0 stars if I could. Staff members were constantly talking to each other, having their own girls-slumber-party while I stood there waiting to be served. One of the girls (white with jet black hair) gave me a dirty stare like I interrupted them.

Was a calm pleasant experience looking at the clothing selection at this branch, The staff were dotted about the shop either tidying or doing something, Some nice stuff there honestly good shop.

Very good service, will come again shoutout to the young lad at the front of the shop.
