I had an extremely disappointing experience at this shop recently. I was there with a few friends, simply browsing like any other customers, when a staff member abruptly approached us and told us to leave — without giving any reason or explanation. We were not being loud or disruptive in any way, and the way we were spoken to was rude and completely unprofessional. It felt like we were being unfairly targeted for no valid reason, and the staff made no attempt to clarify their actions or even treat us with basic respect. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I will not be returning. I hope management takes this seriously and trains their staff on how to treat customers with dignity and courtesy.

Selection is okay, decent clothes for bigger guys like me, but it is not so easy to find. Bad Rhino is located on the upper floor of Yours Clothing.
