Counterfeit yarn received. This is not patons fab dk. It shreds my fingers as i knit it. It stretches out of shape. Patons fabis a cotton effect yarn that takes 700g to knit a 42" jumper, your counterfeit yarn did it with just 500g, washes and wears terribly, and whats more, this seller timed me out on ebays complaints system by continually refusing to give me patons contact details so i could report the issue. This seller played the system, proven by the fact that after 30 days they stopped replying to my complaints.

If I could give no stars it would be better. I placed an order a week ago which to this day has never been dispatched. Have emailed several times to which no one has responded to. Tried calling and he said is was an error on their part still not dispatched have asked for a refund so let's see if I get that!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Had never heard of this company till I came across them online. I only ordered a knitting pattern and there service was brilliant. Super fast delivery and although only a pattern it was nicely packaged. Will use them again.

WHAT are your opening hours? I never find you open, it is most frustrating - as I live a few miles away - to drive in to shop and you are closed! I need knitting yarn and watercolour paints regularly so now must order online - a pain when I need something in a hurry!
