Hot Heat Sneakers

Best sneaker spot in the area!! Outstanding customer service no matter who you talk to. They offer a wide selection of new and used sneakers and designer/streetwear apparel at amazing prices. They even offer a shoe cleaning service, and are constantly doing events directly for the community. Hot Heat is a staple of PG County and we are proud to have them here!!

Went in this store and bought some Nike Sbs powerpuff girl edition for 250 . The next day I tried to exchange them for a pair of ASICS that’s were going for 150 on stock x and they called this an even exchange. After I thought the finesse was over they proceeded to tell me I had a balance due of 23 dollars even though this was supposed to be an even exchange. The lady at the registered proceeded to tell me it was the taxes and could t explain anything more than that. This didn’t make much sense because I payed the taxes on the shoes the day before so why am I paying additional money on top of the over price shoe that I exchanged. Be prepared for Janky business if you try to return your shoes they are getting over in this store. I would just go on stock x at this point. They barely have anything In this store that fits 9.5. If you try to bring em back they act like they didnt see you in there the day before. I overheard the manager saying “this is the 4th time someone brought back shoes the next day this week”. If anything this should show the quality of shoes they are trying to sell us in the first place

I bought a pair of AJ1 Military Black 4’s from here and noticed that one shoe didn’t have an insole. I took the shoe back, and they offered a store credit (to return shoe), or a discount of 30 dollars on another pair of shoes (chump change in my opinion, considering the pricing is already high and this was a fault on their part). There aren’t many sneaker sellers/resellers in the area so I was very excited to support. The people working here are cool, but they won’t get my business again.

Have been dealing with these guys since they first opened, buy sell clothes shoes bags jackets. They get u right always. Definitely my goto spot…mind u they 45 min away from me

I’ve been shopping with this store, Hot Heat sneakers, for almost two years. Their professionalism and customer service are excellent. It’s more than a retail experience when I walk into the store. Im treated like family.

Best sneaker store in the dmv! Great people good business

Great store all around! Knowledge is impeccable & the team is always honest & welcoming.

I traded my Yeezy V3 700s Clay Brown and Dark Glow’s for Jordan UNC 4’s. Great service, great negotiations, and great prices. Definitely will be doing business with them again.
