I had been let down by another online drum store and desperately needed some new cymbals for a gig two days after this order was placed,, I contacted BW and asked if they did next day delivery and they said unfortunately not, but after we got chatting they very kindly made a deal with me, and got the items delivered to me within 24 hours …. they boxed and packaged them within 5 minutes of the purchase!!! would highly recommend to any drummer, and will definitely be using BW again (and will try not to be last minute next time!!)

This is a great little drum shop and a real hidden gem. We took our son to the nearby large music store and they seem to have forgotten about drums, so we ventured across to BW. The staff in there were great and really enthusiastic. They made loads of effort to direct us towards products in our price range and let us spend as much time as we wanted trying different things out. There was no hard sell and there was plenty to choose from and play with. Thank you.

Russ is an absolute legend! Even though I only dealt with this shop over the phone I was left with the impression that they know how to provide the best customer service possible. Places like this are a rare occurrence nowadays so go and support those guys as much as they’re supporting drummers to do their thing! Keep up the good work Russ! i can’t wait to have a gig in the area so I can come visit!

Ordered cable for a snare wire which was out of stock, yet Russ kindly sent me a little they had left in the shop to tide me over for some upcoming sessions i desperately needed it for. Cable then arrived not long afterwards. This is the kind of outstanding service that needs recognition and makes smaller drum shops worth it - going that extra mile for me as a customer is greatly appreciated. Will definitely be ordering from these guys again - thanks again, Russ!

The staff took the time to help me work out if the LP triple bongos would fit my percussion set up.. They put the order in that same day then called to let me know the supplier had delivered the bongos and they were on their way. The set of bongos arrived two days later on Christmas eve and are perfect. Thank you to all the staff at BW drum shop. for the fantastic service.

Amazing customer service! My son had an issue with a snare he bought online. Unfortunately the model he had is no longer in production but Russ sorted him with a different one and he is totally over the moon with it. One very happy boy! Thank you so much

Bought my first ever drum kit from BW after playing the guitar for 20 years. Safe to say I was incredibly impressed, the staff helped me understand what I needed and made sure that I wasn't paying too much. The ability to buy second hand parts to reduce the overall price was a refreshing surprise as most companies enjoy pushing overpriced endorsed products on the customer. Thank you BW and I will continue to come in from now on!
