3 different times I be to Manchester to have a look and never open at 11 went today at 11.20 shop was shut again one shutter up one down looks like type of shop just opens when it wants

Ordered a pair of shoes from here, fairly priced, quick delivery, shoes were defective and I wasn’t happy so sent back for a full refund, quick service. Only reason it’s a 4 star and not a 5 is because I wasn’t happy with the shoes. Service was a 5

Service started off okay when my £600 pair of shoes didn’t arrive. Due to DPD error some one must of stole them from the warehouse or got lost. However as time went on all replies via email slowed down and I haven’t received a reply for over a month now. Haven’t been too stressed about it and haven’t pestered kersh kicks too much but just spoke to DPD and they have told me the supplier (kersh kicks) have a made a claim against DPD and the claim has been paid a week ago. So kersh kicks have got the money back from DPD and haven’t offered me a refund, kept me updated or thought to message me? All while I have sent emails asking for an update but no reply for over a month. Resorted to leaving a review to get a reply before I take this up with my bank. Ridiculous

Bought a pair of cool grey jordan 11s and the two young men in the store were super helpful dealing with me. Happy to see and check if they had anything else I looked. Great shop and dealt with quick and promptly. Highly recommend ! 👍👍

I was reluctant to place an order due to the negative reviews online so contacted to store prior to placing an order. They confirmed the Yeezy 700 boosts were in stock and if I placed the order before 1pm then I could have it with tomorrow on the express delivery service. I placed the order before 1pm yesterday and voila today via DPD I received my order today! Could not be happier as I was prepared to drive down to their Manchester store from Birmingham to collect them as I could not take the risk of a delayed delivery as some reviewers stated. But as the customer service advisor stated in the email about the next day guarantee I placed the order! Will 100% be buying from Kershkicks again as they are top notch! Highly recommended and ignore the negatives. For your piece of mind do what I do did, email the store first to confirm stock and dispatch time. I won’t be doing it again like that as I know they are legit so will just do a standard checkout from their website!

Absolute joke of a company. I have ordered several paris of trainers from here previously with no issue. However; i ordered a pair of trainers and hoody on the 7th march. The trainers came the next day but still no hoody 3 weeks later. I have emailed 9 times and made contact via instagram, to only recieve 1 email back asking me to confirm and I quote "are you saying the Fear of God Essentials hoody was not in the parcel" I have responded confirming this and proof from tracking that the hoody was not with the trainers and was apparantly coming seperately also showed the order being "partially fulfilled" still no response. I have now asked for a refund, still not response. Do not waist your time with this company.

Shoes we're poorly packaged rattling around in an oversized box.Lid of shoe box seemed to have a hole punched through it. If they weren't 450 pound I might not of cared...

Really really really really bad . Will have shoes up for £220 preowned and then offer you £15 for yours. 5 different colourways £15 each ( all different sizes , different colourways , different condition ) how can they be worth the same ? The buyer ( kid) has no idea what he’s on about scared to make offers an has to go whisper to the boss even tho the kid is the only buyer 🤦 after mentioning about there shoes being £220 an ruined they said “ we made this mistake we had them a year now “ so instead of taking responsibility as a buisness and selling there pre owned shoes for what they are worth ( which they admitted they well over paid ) also offering me £15 for better pairs , they won’t reduce there stock an take the Loss they will simply hope someone is stupid enough to pay the price so they can profit which is disgusting if your buying preowned take responsibility, £15 for size 9 reverse neons Airmax 95 no sole peeling few scuffs but come on cheapest pair any size on eBay any condition is £90 ! But yeah don’t waste your times with the Manchester store because the buyer doesn’t have a clue he didn’t even no the names of them , no research just offered the least he could 🤣🤣 multiple size 9 mints on there eBay 160-200 I said £100 for mine better Condition they said miles of , kids living on planet mars , and as for the shop I was outside for five minutes waiting for someone to show there face , once let in a customer come to the door ( door was locked ) there was 3 members of staff working , they all just looked at the customer to the point they stopped trying and walked away 🤣I resell my self just on instagram ( no shopfront no big name ) I sold 2 pairs for £180 while I was driving my wasted journey home so it just shows how scummy they are to offer people £15 a pair !! Also sold 3 pairs to another shop yesterday for £210 which were out Of this bundle they offered £15 each on 🤣🤣🤣GET YOURSELF A BUYER WHO HAS A CLUE
