Update: The owener has promised to send a new package for free. Great experience so far. The owner was very understandable and I‘m happy to order from them again! Dear Bulk Vintage Team, I just got my order of Y2K jeans. Which definitely isn’t what you advertised on your website. I mainly got skinni jeans/ slim and straight jeans. Almost non of them have a boot cut / flare or wide leg cut like advertised on the pictures. I feel ripped off. So far I had a great experience with you guys. But this is not what I’ve ordered nor what you’ve advertised on your website. Attached a picture of the website and a video of what I got. Thank you in advance for your help and understanding. Since you don’t answer to Emails and IG DM’s I had to come to Google Reviews for an answer. Kind Regards Linus

Purchased 25 branded below par fleeces / jumpers asked for a refund I had to spend a further £30 to ship back for no acknowledgment of receipt or refund as promised via email. Will be contacting CC company for a charge back! With no response I had to ring neighbouring business to see if they had a point of contact for them.

I bought the all vintage dress 25kg bundle. Order #19943 Samuel/Sharon G. Claimed to be 50s-90s. The picture they showed to represent this lot was amazing dresses, bold prints, MOD 60s, eclectic pieces. Instead, it was 90% 80s to newer and very few good older pieces. Lots of cheap modern pieces. Shein was even in there. Got tops and a jumpsuit. So MANY frumpy secretary style dresses. UGLY!!! Paid for overseas shipping so this was a very expensive mistake. Some dresses were damaged, stained, one had bleach spots all over it. No buttons on one. Torn hem on one. A faded dirty sundress with sweat stains. One dress had slits cut into it on the skirt part. Split seams. Loose broken elastic. Absolute junk and definitely not GRADE A!!! Shameful. Worse are the numerous 1 star reviews in the last few months and in most of them, they blame the customer or seem fine with this. One bad review is one bad review too many in my book. Never again and I have warned my vintage friends. Especially since I wrote them an email BEFORE it shipped asking them if this was authentic vintage and if not, to cancel and it took them 3 days to respond. Apparently US vintage is not the same parameters/quality as UK vintage.

*EDIT they don’t have my name in their system because it was ordered in my partners name* Lots of false reviews on here. I’ll let these pictures of my “funky 90s patterned fleeces” order speak for themselves. They’ll let you return but it’s at your own expense, and by that point you will have lost all faith in this company.

Terrible company, scammers. I paid for the chaps knitwear by pay pal as requested they received the money but are not sending out my order or my refund. Conveniently not reply to there messages or email that doesn’t work. Biggest scammers around. Do not order from them. If I could give them a zero I would. Scamming people of there hard earned money

I have ordered "45kg 90s Branded Jeans Mix - BALE" - Order #23323.... the result more than disappointing! The half of jeans have bee thrown away! Unacceptably dirty and damaged! The pictures are just few samples because I if I touch them again I get sick.

They will send you fakes which is bad business considering they sell to resellers so if the reseller can't sell the item they got then they won't have money to order again from bulk. Also that if I sold the items thinking it's real then customers found out I'll have a big problem. I'd avoid this company due to fake/counterfeit items. 3 of the known fakes I received in pictures

Very poor. I ordered the 25KG branded shirt mix for £200, which is sold as containing brands such as Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, etc. The bundle contains 1 Ralph Lauren shirt (out of approx 100 shirts) and that is Chaps (not even the main production line). The clothes are in poor condition, sweat stains, holes, permanent stains and the batch has a horrible sweaty smell. 25% of the batch is unusable, another 25% of the batch are random brands which hold no value. £200 down the drain. Disappointed.
