Wanted to pick a couple of bits up and the doors were locked and no staff around. This was at 20:20pm the times say it closes at 9pm. This is not the first time it has happened. Will not be using this store again.

A great variety of stock with bargains to be had, special offers can be good depending on your needs. Some price bargains....but not all as good as they suggest...multipacks of pop cans less than B&M for eg. Can be a bit chaotic with fridge and shelf restocking. Staff seem low on customer awareness at times

No apology whatsoever for no delivery yesterday was supposed to come 10am -12 I had day off work rang up customer service she said sorry for the inconvenience it will be with you at 2.30pm still no sign of it phoned again at 2.45pm she said they cancelled it for no explanation and they will send me a email confirmation refund and phone call to apologise shorty I recieved none. Had to go through PayPal revolution centre finally they refunded me. Definitely don't recommend Iceland online deliveries looked at (trusted pilot) they had a whopping generous 1.2 out of 5 everyone complaining about mostly bad online none turn up deliveries main store phone off hook on purpose so your one doing the chasing 😡👎
