I am going to start off saying I only visited the mens section so this is not a full account off the store and the standards elsewhere So I went in looking for some new formal shirts and trousers maybe even a suit if one popped out at me and oh wow I have never wanted to save my money then I have today I walked in the store at 11.04 so the shop had been open for 4 minutes got to the suit and shirt department and it was just a utter state please see pictures formal packet shirts not in size order and a selection of 2 colours maybe 3 the trousers and shirts not in size order some just about hanging on to their hangers no standards what so ever on what you could class as a high price product in the shop I spent close to 6 years of my working life in a mens retails store and if these are the standards we left at the end of the day we would of been told to stay late and tidy them up. For what now is really 1 of the only mens stores on the high street it's a shame it has no respect to quality

I went to next because I was planning on returning an un used tie, usually when you want to return something there is a 28 day refund policy and If It exceeds that time you can only get a gift card or replace the item with another of equal worth. Never the less I was going there to get gift card however I was outright refused by the manager called mohammed and claimed it was used with no basis to back it up. I even went to another employee and they confirmed everything was fine but the manager decided to go out of his way and stop him even though everything was confirmed to be fine and in place. I went to another next and they managed to get everything processed and done. The whole point of this message is that the manager is completely and utterly rude and will decline you on no actual basis and only decides to get something done depending on how he feels that day or if he likes you. This isn't a social event but a workplace. Please behave like it is.

So basically, my mum went to shop yesterday and was on a wheelchair. One of the staff members called Rohana helped her through and was very cordial with her. She loved the experience as it made her work very easy and she did not have to worry about the process. She had a look at everything and would be ordering online as she was satisfied with the service. Highly recommended to someone who wants to pay a visit

Picked up my online order from here . The process I think could be better or maybe they were short staff but one had to go to the same till you would pay for an item and join one que which had a mix of people paying and people coming to pick up thier online orders. There was only one lady at the till point, she was the same lady going to the back room to look for orders as well as serving customers. She was pleasant and did apologise for the wait, I actually waited 15min before I got my item ... there should be an actually collection point where maybe 2/3 staff are minding it to make things quicker .

Firstly, I've never met someone with as good customer service as Agnus! Extremely friendly, very professional ans super efficient The Next store overall is great, affordable and good quality clothing Hounslow branch is pretty big, has a good range, is well organised and a nicely decorated store front Thank you to the Next Hounslow Team!

Love to shop here, look out during sale, you will go crazy during sales. My best time here is during Boxing Day. I totally go wild and always end up buying 3-4 times than what I had been planning. Kids stuff is super cute!!! Lot of choices but the only thing is you can find many wearing the same stuff. During sale times I would recommend going to a bigger shop such as next at west field and Oxford as they give have tend to have super stuff than the smaller stores

Disappointed!! went to buy some bedding and wardrobe update. My experience was awful! shop looked like it is a closing down shop. Went to try something, fitting room had clothes left on the floor. You can't find your size because nothing is in the order. This is not hassle free shopping. It gave me anxiety looking around how can someone buy anything from this shop. Nothing was in order. I go to next thinking of a quick customer service and quality of clothing. Unfortunately, my experience was not so great. Walking in the shop like this, I would prefer walking in to Primark. Which I later went. At least, it was arranged. Brand like NEXT, should not be represented like this.

Plenty of sales, helpful staff and lots of bargains. From the moment we walked in store the missus was in her element. Quality garments on display, space to walk/ social distance during these times and as mentioned above lots of items on sale depending on your particular preference.
